I thought the staff was friendly and readily available by whatsapp. The location was close to a lot of things like stores and eateries and quite walkable. Any issues we had were quickly addressed or any questions were answered like suggestions for restaurants near by and such. We had a language barrier but they were very kind and patient about it. Thanks to all the staff!

We had a few power outages during our stay but nothing too long or unmanageable.

The staff was friendly and helpful! They were eager to complete every request including personal help with traveling paperwork. Any problems with the room was promptly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel!

great place overall located in the center of the city with great people.They were very helpful. they had fluent translator for English speakers.

The location was good. The manager spoke English so that was a plus. The electricity went out in the first floor studio apartment, but within 5 minutes of letting the cleaning person know of the situation, the manager called and told me that she would move me to the 2nd floor apartment. The security people came and helped move our belonging upstairs. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes. They were great about the situation.

Maybe just a little book about the things nearby. Like where the ATM is, where to get croissants, where to buy water.

Fab place a little hard to find at night. Probably best to ask the apartments to get you a lovely taxi man they know. Unfortunately we were ripped off on a few occasions due to not knowing prices or areas outside of the airport
