The inn is beautifully presented with pretty flowers and fantastic views. The staff were very friendly and the food was generous and tasty with traditional and modern options.

We loved the views, friendly staff, comfortable and cosy rooms, especially all the little touches like toiletries, flannels, welcome note on the TV, ironing board etc. Breakfast was fantastic, great food and service

We stayed for one night after visiting family and friends. Check in was easy and we were shown to our room and shown the facilities and how to get access after 11pm. Room was comfortable and quiet and breakfast was lovely. Perfect stay!

Very friendly staff, lovely rooms and comfortable beds. Enjoyed a great evening meal and 2 yummy breakfasts. Ideally located for an event we were attending.

Absolutely great place to stay. Rooms are lovely - high quality furnishings and bathrooms, spacious, spotlessly clean. Thoughtful touches like fresh milk in a cold thermos in the room rather than plastic tubs. The breakfast was superb - generous portions, lots of choice, thick cut bacon, fresh fruit salad and proper coffee (a rarity indeed!). The pub food in the evenings was very tasty and lots of choice. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Lovely views across the hillside. Plenty of parking.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Quiet. Inclusive breakfast more than adequate, plenty of choice. Room facilities well thought out, everything provided including fresh milk !

External concrete steps to the room, not mentioned on booking, were a minor hazard - I have some mobility issues - but as I didn’t mention this on booking, it was my mistake. The TV was too high to view comfortably from the chair - again a very minor niggle.
