Ottima, comoda e gradevole posizione; staff molto cordiale; conveniente rapporto qualità/prezzo; ampia terrazza comune con panorama mozzafiato; camera enorme in palazzo antico con suggestivo balcone sulla piazza. Consiglio fortemente la struttura, che tra l'altro è - non di secondaria importanza - bike friendly

Great village experience with beautiful views to the mountains and also the ocean. Our host was very helpful with suggestions of restaurants and sights to see as we had a car. It was nice sitting outside on the balcony to. Thank you as we had a great time exploring the region.

I just loved the ambience of BellaVista Bike Stop! It was absolutely charming. The owners are extremely warm and
friendly. They made me feel very much at home. The property also has an amazing terrace with fantastic views of
the surrounding hillside and mountains. It's in a perfect location in the historic center of the village and also very
convenient to public transportation.

this is a very nice, sweet property near the very top of the old village of Spoltore. the room was super clean and had everything we needed. the patio for breakfast and relaxing has an incredible view. the owner/operator is very kind. we will come back again! I highly recommend it if you are visiting the area.

Beautifully appointed room and spectacular terrace. Very peaceful. The building is in a delightful historic square and the whole village is a little jewel. The owner is super-helpful and welcoming.

It’s a lovely place within the old town of Spoltore. From the roof terrace you can enjoy an awesome view. Loredana is a wonderful host! The room was very nice and super clean.
For breakfast there could be a greater variety (e.g. fruits, cheese/ham, cereals).

Great location and great value for money as the included breakfast is very tasty. The room was excellent with great views from the balcony of the old town and surrounding hills. Our host was extremely accommodating - giving us directions ahead of our arrival and booking us a table at a local pizzeria. Anyone looking for a quiet stay in rural Italy should stay here!

The B&B is located in the center of the old town. As soon as we arrived, we understood why the owners immediately fell in love with the town and the location. So did we. A perfect place to wander around in the narrow streets and try to find your way back via the many stairs. The old town is located on the hill, with many steep streets or stairs.
The quadruple room is actually a little apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and small terras.
Loredana was very helpfull explaining the best places to visit, and even borrowed us an umbrella for the beach. Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights, so we couldn't visit all places she recommended.
Parking is available on the streets (the access to the square is no longer allowed).
We didn't like to leave after only 2 nights.
