The staff were friendly and helpful with checking in and also with any assistance we needed. The hotel rooms were great with both a pool and sea view from our room which was nice. The pool was nice to cool off in and so was the sea with access to free sunbeds. A nice breakfast was included. Hot shower with good pressure and good WiFi.

The food at the restaurant was average but it was cheap which was fine. The town of ahmed is quiet small with limited things to do but nothing to do with hotel.

Great location, just right by the beach and can walk along the coast to the snorkeling spot. Room is good. There was an issue with shower clogging when I arrived but the staff fixed it right away. Breakfast is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It can be noisy from the outside and the bathroom has a big window so I felt less privacy

The location is great, right in the centre of town. Near all restaurants and Warungs. Staff are happy in their work, always a smile and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble.. breakfast is always good too.

Not much to dislike about the place.

On the beach. Great snorkelling on the reef. Peaceful and uncrowded beach. Friendly and helpful staff who gave good advice. Close to convince store and restaurants. If you decided to stay at this place you should go for the room with views of the sea and Mount Augang. The view of the volcano whilst taking a shower in amazing (see attached photo). The hotel has a great fresh water pool to take a dip. Room service and breakfast was very good.

Access to the hotel in the dark can be challenging. Suggest using the drive way of the 'Seamount' as it has better lighting and will be clear of any obstacles.

Lovely rooms, fantastic hospitality, great food! Perfect place for a child friendly break.

staff were overall friendly, room was big and bright, mattress and pillows, a/c good.

Simple place and relatively quiet in comparison to other hotels close by. Locals were not gathering around and making noise until 12 midnight; local dogs didn't bark all night long...The pool and beach were not busy.

It's a small place, it could feel claustrophobic if you have no friends to go out with or no other plans. Not very clean if you are sensitive to that.

The location was great, right on the beach. The staff was very friendy and helpful. The food from their restaurant was also excellent. Would highly recommend!

the staff are exceptional. Rooms are spacious. The pool is clean and cool. If there’s any problems, it is sorted out straight away.

Stunning location. Literally smack bang on the sand overlooking crystal clear, turtle filled waters. Teeming with coral and marine life. With a mt Agung volcano as the backdrop. Staff were extremely accommodating and helped us organise sight seeing, taxi’s and snorkel equipment.

Amazing location, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. They cleaned our rooms every day and provided new towels whenever necessary! The staff was extremely kind. Breakfast was very tasty and the views are just incredible!! The beach in front of the hotel is clean and you can see the volcano!! Totally recommend this place!!

We were doing a diving trip and decided to stay in this hotel for 3 nights. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. It is located at the beach and very strategic (close by to bars, restaurants, minimart, etc). The view was amazing. You can see Agung Mountain plus a crystal clear beach in your front yard! We used a car and the parking spot was very spacious. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. This is the most valuable hotel I've ever stayed in Amed, will be back again.

The WiFi didn't work in the room, but it was decent outside the room/restaurant. Still okay.

The breakfast was really delicious and the staff were very helpful. I wanted to buy a special type of cake (Kue lapis) and they really went out of their way to bring me to a shop that sold it.

Nothing at all

We were very impressed by the beautiful bedrooms at Amed Sunset Beach. Each one was very comfortable and clean, with glossy tiled floors and huge beds. It was also very quiet at night, so we slept very well. We enjoyed using the swimming pool, and the leafy pool area is a nice place to relax after a day on the beach. However, it was the staff at Amed Beach who made our stay really special. They were very friendly and attentive, and offered a high standard of service at all times.

The best hotel of our Bali trip. We also stayed there before covid and it did not change. Next to the perfect beach for sunset, clean, and beautiful. The breakfast is good, the staff is super nice and helpful and will arrange motorbike rental and transfer to/from your next destination at good price.
