Close to rail station, 350 meters. The property is beautifully furnished with quality furniture and fittings with an excellent kitchen. It is exceptionally clean and nice to stay in. It is in the Center of the city, close to Danube. A real jewel in the city of Regensburg. Many good restaurants close by and supermarket two blocks away. The owner was easily contactable.

The ease of access from St. peter weg was awesome. The entry to the townhouse wasn't shared, so it felt very private. The ability to open the downstairs doors and hang out on the private terrace was excellent. The space was very accomidating and quiet.

The parking is a short walk away. Which was a little more work with two young kids and luggage, but this is offset by being able to walk everywhere and not needing the car. The parking was 12 eu a day. The apartment had 100-200 ants upon arrival in the downstairs bathroom that we had the spray and cleaned up. They didn't come back over the 6 days we were there, so possibly they had been there for a while before we arrived.

Huge house with luxurious bed rooms, living room and terrace. Close to Altstadt. Parkhaus close by. Friendly staff especially Frau Teufel.

Since its classical German construction, you miss air conditioning or ventilators when its very hot.

Location, comfort

The value for money is stupendous. The house is far superior to a hotel with plenty of room. The back terrace is great and the house was clean. Communication with the host is also superb.

The sliding window shades are dreary and a pain to use. The one thing to keep in mind about the location is that while you are right at everything, you are also on display, especially in the back. If that is not a problem for you, this place is perfect. If your privacy is important, you have to put down all the blinds and shades.

Location near the parking place St.Petersweg,5 min walking to old town,atractions and restaurants. Large apartment with everything you need,clean,comfortable beds,terrace .I would certainly get back next year....
