The location, although a bit away from Syntagma was still easy to get around. The room was very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant with views of the Parthenon and Piraeus was good value for money and had a lovely atmosphere.

Mostly it is an excellent motel but we were put into the wrong type of room to begin with. However when I pointed out the error our room was changed immediately. Excellent service, thank you

The hotel is fairly centrally located and is not too far from the same tourist places of interest. There are a few nice places to eat nearby to the hotel, including the Alexander the Great restaurant.

The room was clean enough but it is the kind of hotel that irrespective of how much it is cleaned it still feels dirty. The place definitely has a business / airport hotel vibe to it. The swimming pool is tiny and only has a small number of sun loungers relative to the number of rooms in the hotel. The hotel is also not in the nicest part of Athens, (e.g. our taxi driver pointed out a guy shooting up on heroin when we were leaving). I wouldn't recommend it to families with young kids. It also has a cheap feel to it on the whole, like a busy train station. Nothing at all luxury about this hotel and five stars is hugely generous inho.

La ubicación, pese a estar cerca de puntos de interés, es muy mala, si tu intención es caminar del hotel a los diferentes sitios a visitar, no lo recomiendo. El barrio donde se encuentra el hotel es bastante peligroso, especialmente por la noche. La mayoría de habitaciones dan a una avenida muy transitada y se oye prácticamente todo el ruido. Las cortinas no encajan bien en las ventanas y entra mucha luz cuando amanece.

Staff friendly and helpful, room was modern, breakfast excellent on the roof top terrace.

Location was perfect. Staff wonderful Cleanliness outstanding Nothing NOT to like. 2 thumbs up. Highly recommended. Thank you for your great hotel and friendly, helpful staff. I will highly recommend. I am planning another visit on my way back to Athens. See you again

The room had a good view of the acropolis. There is a metro nearby, and the Omonia plaza is a short 5 minute walk. It's a short walk to the main tourist square, and there are many places to visit within walking distance.

Location. The area is bad. Things in the hotel are not like what it appears in pictures. Like Gym, sauna. No free sauna.

Dirty dirty dirty. Hallway was filthy. Looks like it hasnt been vacuumed in months. We complained to the manager and they did nothing about it. My son found a used cigarette under his bed. Furniture and bathrooms in rough shape. Hotel is in a red light district. Very very dirty and shady neighborhood that smells like pee everywhere.

The hotel is in a really nice location overlooking a square with views of the Acropolis from the roof bar. Metro is a 1 minute stroll. The staff were friendly and very helpful and breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and bright and air conditioning worked well even on the days it hit 42°.

The opening hours of the pool were a bit restrictive, it opens at 11 and it would be nice to spend a couple of hours there earlier before going out for the day. As a result, we didn't use the pool at all even though we had planned to.

Pool opens too late and closes too early. As you know, it’s not in a great part of town for night Metro arrival.

Staff at reception were helpful enough.

We arrived at 4pm and checked into to our upgraded room to find a dirty fridge, hair in the sink, dirty floors and the smell of smoke. After meeting with the duty manager, we were upgraded again to another room. The Guest Relations woman was helpful and gave us coffees as we waited for our room. Our new room was ‘fine’, but spotless - a few hairs on the sofa and chair, and the floors still in need of a proper scrub. The jet bath also wasn’t working. Overall disappointed with stay especially with it being a 5 star, where small touches make a difference. Firstly, it was 43 degrees and there was no water all day in the dispenser at reception and no offer of water at the rooftop bar (where it is offered as standard in any bar or restaurant in the city). Secondly, my beer glass wasn’t clean and I had to take it back to change. I had to wait until a new beer was poured, with no apology. Lastly, the Zeus staff member barging to call a lift in front of us. These are small things and perhaps I’m comparing to other 5 star hotels across. However; cleanliness is not optional for me. And to top it off - our early check out, which we were assured there would be a grab-and-go breakfast wasn’t out. No water. No coffee. We asked and the porter brought out rock hard mini muffins. So we avoided. We managed to get some water, provided to us by our self-arranged taxi to the airport.

The room floor was dusty. Old and torn towels were put in our room .
