The room was not the one we booked as the host claimed that Booking.com had made a double booking. He made it look like he did us a favor by getting us another room on the same property with another owner. It would have been better if he had just told us ahead of time to cancel our booking than getting us another room that is very poorly maintained. No provision for drinking water, the water kettle is not working, and crawling insects everywhere. No response when I texted that the water kettle is not working.

I liked the place, so clean! The host and staff were accommodating

ONE OF THE WORSE STAY EXPERIENCED IN THE SEA RESIDENCE. NEVER AGAIN! THE BATHROOM HAS SMALL COCKROACH AND THE BATHROOM DOOR IS BROKEN. SO WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE A BATH OR POOP, YOU CANNOT CLOSE THE DOOR AND IT WILL SMELL ON THE WHOLE UNIT!!!! THEY ALSO DON'T HAVE A WIFI, ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT IN A BOOKING IS THE INTERNET! THE TV IS ALSO USELESS!

Great location with great view. Reheating leftovers using the microwave or the stove was great. Sorry walk to MOA.

Absolutely did not appreciate how P1600 is presented as the rental price; but then there is an added service fee of P800 that's listed separately under a click down portion that's virtually invisible unless you look for it. It feels as if it's purposely done to trick innocents out of their money. Disheartening

Pool coupons expensive & difficult to obtain

Like the location so near the Mall of Asia. Swimming looks great and enticing. Easy to communicate with the owners. Would return someday.

We have been served by a normal person as not from the front loby conter, the person came in our room to take money and unprofessional recpit. ask me only cash sounds to me bit doge and not safe . But it was safe which is good.
