Comfortable, very clean, very nice view, this exceeded our expectations, very informative staff, (thank you very much). Hopefully i can have a chance again to stay here..

I like the interior design, the view outside the window, the balcony. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. Room is clean. I did not see any cockroaches. Would definitely book again.

I never received my security deposit back. I was scammed

The flat / condominium is well equipped, clean and easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. Friendly caretaker ( letty), and the owner is very professional.

near mall, fireworks can be viewed in the terrace, free oranges in the dining table, mini grocery and food stores in the ground floor, lobby was ok, with elevators

cockroach infested so we stayed only for 2.5 hours as we keep on spraying baygon, parking was very difficult (very expensive for overnight stayer), staff was late in checking us in though contacted beforehand.

Near MOA and a 7-10 mins walk to the mall. Can be easily found on the grab.

Honestly they didn't state that there would be a security deposit. A heads up would have been good and maybe they should list their house rules on here. Since, there are rules there that needs payments if we use their facilities. We also couldn't adjust the aircon due to the remote batteries.

Swimming pool is with payment, hope swimming pool access is included on the package

The place was clean and very accessible to other establishment like MOA. The owner and Ms. Letty were very nice and answer all my inquiries. Gonna recommend the place to my friends and relatives. Nxt time I spend my vacation in the Philippines, I'm will book this place again.
