Beautiful place seems like heaven.
The beach could be “cleaned” a bit. More sand on the side.

Was a stop-over accomodation on our journey to the Yasawa islands with close proximity to Lautoka Port
Food options for my wife were limited ... she has intestinal issues and cannot handle even the mildest spices.

The place is homely and the staff is excellent. The 2 ladies in the restaurant are a delight to interact with. The rooms and the place were way better than the pictures posted and the breakfast was simple and delicious. The views from the place are beautiful and relaxing. We stayed as a family and loved the place :)
Nothing specifically, however we requested for the room to be cleaned when we were away that was not done, maybe put the sign make my door could help. That could have been located in the right place, it was in one of the drawers. The lady in the reception lacked enthusiasm and didn't seem too friendly while we were checking out. Apart from her the staff were excellent.

filthiness and lack of carry and empathy. So if you enjoy sleeping with cockroaches under your pillow and, blood stained sheets in not on but all 3 rooms booked, and then are you in for a treat.

The staff around the resort were so lovely and kind. The room was nice and got cleaned either daily or every second day which was great. Nice pool area.
It was a shame you couldn’t swim in the beach there and there wasn’t any activities to do around the resort. Definitely needs more kitchen utensils in the rooms like drinking glasses, plates, bowls etc. The food was great but we were disappointed when we couldn’t have certain meals as the chefs didn’t know how to cook them.

The property was in a inconvenient location, the upkeep was below average and the cleaning was lacking.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The aircon is good too. The food is good and recommend their Pizza.
The Jacuzzi doesn’t work and there was excuses to get it fixed and no compensation on it. Location is quite far from everything and FYI ask taxis they have to run the meter it’s cheaper but they like to charge high fixed prices.

The curry was probably the best curry I have tasted before! Just Delish . Bedroom was very spacious
Shower door wouldn’t close, was ants and mould in the shower. And Ants all over the toilet!

Staff were great, the room sizes are generous, lovely peaceful setting - is great value for money. The curries were delicious and food overall was good. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like anything about the property
when we reached out room, it was so filthy and then there were lizards inside the room coming out of the AC unit .. jumping on us while we were in bed.
it was non refundable but we couldn’t stand the discomfort so we checked out a day ahead …

The room was potentially fine, but uncared for and not properly serviced - you need to chase to get toilet paper and soap upon arrival. The Indian food was quite good but other fare not so flash to very poor.
The owner appears to be trying to milk the place at the expense of staff and customers. Dining areas not kept clean. you know you have made a mistake by booking here when you arrive and see the faded sign at the gate which is almost unreadable and the sad state of repair of the driveway that has potholes that the taxi drivers have to navigate around. Arriving at the “resort” proper you are confronted with dilapidated unfinished construction of utility buildings which is the “supposed front door” to the property. The signage is inadequate. You have to look around to find the reception area. Wifi in room is low strength and no details of how to access it without having to go and see the main manager/owner? All too late for the unsuspecting tourist who has been inevitably misled by some nice/old photos of the property on the internet and had committed to take the accomodation without any ability to get a refund. Be prepared to pay for unannounced high additional credit card fees. Zero activities available, the lagoon is a poor opportunity to be in the sea as it is not deep enough and too silty to be pleasant. The swimming pool is ok but the surrounding tiles are mainly all uplifted/loose. No swabs on loungers by the pool and no pool side service. In truth, a sad disservice to other well meaning property owners in Fiji and to the friendly local but inadequately trained or supported staff. Massage Bure inoperative and fallen into disrepair. You will need to go to other nearby resorts to get a massage. It would be better still to book to stay at the other proximate properties in the first place - First Landing and Landers Bay - both nearby and a delight by comparison to Nila.

Owner was very rude. Room not clean. Bathroom was not clean. No toilet rolls or shampoos in the room. Location was not central at all.

Food was excellent and the staff were very helpful.
The rooms were larger however they were in poor condition and not clean. Latch on the door was broken, the curtain rail fall down when closing, the power points would not hold any plugs. The iron looked like someone had cooked a steak on it and the ironing board had a number of holes in the cover. I would not go back or recommend.

Lovely big room. Lovely helpful friendly staff. Great food & drinks at good prices.
Pool area & dining facilities need upgrading. Lack of tv chanels 8 local which were not good viewing. No beach to swim as it was mangrove only.

Nothing. A most unpleasant experience.
Quite possibly the most unpleasant accommodation experiences I've ever had. On checkin I was told the rate BDC quoted was wrong & I would have to pay more. I wondered how this was my problem as this was the quoted price when I made the booking. They would not check us in & I had no option but to pay almost 20% more than the Booking.com booking price. The manager & reception staff were exceedingly rude & frankly dishonest.

Breakfast was good. Location was too remote. It took a long time to get to activities. Taxi’s were all different prices.🤔
Too far from activities and could not swim I the ocean at the property. Pool was not as visually pleasing as the pictures showed.
