Прекрасний сервіс, чисті номера, нереально комфортні матраци і подушки, як утопаєш в них. Смачні різноманітні сніданки, не знаю хто там пише , що малий вибір страв🤪але реально всього вдосталь. Привітний персонал.Прибирали щодня, міняли рушники. Водичку щодня ставили свіжу. Претензій немає!! Все 👍 супер. Є з чим зрівнити. Готель по сервісу нічим не гірше ніж готелі за кордоном, рекомендую однозначно)

Сподобався Wall Street Maestro за всіма критеріями. Розташований в центрі міста, в 5 хвилинах від Дерибасівської. Дуже красивий та стильний готель з привітним персоналом. Номер чистий зі всіма засобами для комфортного перебування, щоб не брати з собою в дорогу зайвого. Кухня смачна та різноманітна, кожного дня щось нове, тому не зовсім розумію претензій у відгуках. Наявність генератору, що стало однією з причин обрати саме цей готель. Найголовніше-є бажання наступного разу повернутись знову саме сюди

Room: Good size, clean, comfortable, well equipped, quite silent, nice designed.
Location: I know the city, location is in the hart of the city within walking range to most interesting historical and other places. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Very good money value.

The room we had was nice, clean, and very spacious. The staff is helpful.
I know it might be a policy but they ask you to stay while they check your room when you check out. It feels like you are treated as a potential thief. I believe there's a nicer way to check without making guests feel uncomfortable.

Small safe for the valuables, you can not fit a small laptop inside. No sockets near the desk for charging your laptop.

The hotel is great. The staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious. The hotel’s location is perfect. And it’s great that they have private parking. The next time we’re in town, will definitely stay at this hotel.

The bedrooms were great, bright and airy, bed was comfy, mini bar was well stocked for a romantic night in, shower room was good to.

The cafe was like walking into a funeral, the guy serving was slow and didn't know how to smile, the room was very dark. Just no atmosphere
The breakfast was a fixed price with 6 options including cereal or cooked, tea or coffee, and juice. You could not mix items, either that or the server just wasn't with it. But the upside was, there are lots of cafe very near buy where you choose what you want and thats what you pay for.
