Location is great! Close to Kotor old town and the beach. Apartment is small but functional and has everything that is needed. You can see the bay right from the door.

Reserved parking is certainly a plus, but like others said it’s pretty challenging to park in there if you don’t used to narrow roads and tight spots (but perhaps it could be okay by the local standards). When we arrived, our spot was taken by a neighbor and the host was out of reach to sort this out. Luckily, we were quickly able to find the neighbor and he moved his car. During the rain, the sewer smell gets to the restroom (and around) and it’s pretty bad. You want to make sure to cover the drains. The set of bed sheets for the sofa in a living room had a pretty bad smell (I hope it was just due to humidity and not from the previous guests)

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Located on the second line from the beach so there was less noise from parties in the restaurant. Stefano met us and was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here next time!

Well facilitated with everything you need Location is great. Quiet, right near the beach and less then 10 minutes walk from the old town.

spacious parlor with equipped citchen & bedroom with wardrobe & dresser. Ground level with the door to the personal garden with barbecue set. 50m to the shore with the choice of cafe, 200m to pebble beach, 500m to old town.

Electricity've been switched off twice due to the rain. it was the problem of the whole block, not apt only

The owner live in the same building, so it's easy to organize your check in out of working hours. If you arrive by bus or ship it is close enough to get by foot. The apartment is huge, well-equipped. You would have probably more than you have at home: kitchen, bathroom, laundry, terrace, strong internet connection, huge TV. I definitely could live there :) 2 min walk to the beach and to the closest restaurants, 10 min walk to the old city. Location and the nearest beach very quiet, if you want to party move closure to old city. If I stayed in Kotor again, I would stay here.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The beach, restaurants and supermarket is only a few minutes. The owner is nice and helpful. We would like to go back!

The place is lovely, clean and well-equipped. The location is great, in a quiet neighbourhood, but just a 15min walk from the beautiful and lively Old-town, a few steps from the sea, and also near the city beach. The hosts are very welcoming, helpful and friendly, it was lovely to meet them. If we come back to Kotor, we will definitively stay there again :)
