Great location. 5 min walk from old town. Private underground parking. Elevator. Small swimming pool. We stayed on the third floor with a balcony just in front of the bay. What a view! 2 shower rooms. 2 bedrooms. We are a family of 5 and the apartment was large enough for us.

Amazing view from a large balcony on the bay of Kotor and old town. Short walk to old town and parking at the building underground garage was very convenient. Very nice host.

Was a little bit hard to find the building at the beginning,needed to call the host to get help. A bigger sign on the road would be helpful.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The representative was helpful and provided us with all our requests.

The pool was small and only had sun until about 1 pm. There were no instructions in the apartment and no helpful information. (Taxi numbers, how to use the equipment.)

Two lovely bedrooms, well situated just ten minutes’ walk from the old town and with its own pool.

It’s a little noisy with the road nearby and the dogs barking at night.

Great location, best value for money

This was a very comfortable and modern apartment. It has everything you would need and the detail to make feel pampered! It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony and admire the truly amazing view! The hostess was very responsive and helpful. The walk to the old town is easy and takes about 10 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kotor.

We had some problems with hot water. The first day we accidentally turned off the boiler. On the second night, the boiler was on all night, but the water was still cold.

The location and the view was far better than expected. You could - if you wouldn't have 2 young kids like us :) - watch the scenery for hours. The apartment was also better than expected. Basically two large sleeping rooms, two bathrooms and a living room. Everything worked. We sometimes find apartments where showers and taps are bad connected. Not over here. Actually the showers are far more comfortable than the average apartment. All seems to be pretty new.

We heard a dog barking in the night. Well.. you can imagine if that's the worst, you'll get we had a great stay.

The property itself is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We had the most incredible view from our balcony, no restaurant or bar could compete with what we could see of the bay and the old town. Old town Kotor is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and whilst some people would prefer to stay in the old town itself, we loved this because it gave us the perfect view. Super market, old town, the bay and shops were all a short walk away. It is by far the most beautiful place we have visited.

When we arrived it was a little difficult to find what to do because there isn’t a reception but when the host came to greet us everything was straight forward from there. The beds weren’t the comfiest but everything else was amazing!

When you go to the pool you need to take a chair from your apartment, there are no sunbeds.

Very welcoming host that communicated very good. The apartment is very spacious, new and clean. It is very close to Kotor old town. The pool was nice and clean. We could park easily and even do our laundry on site.
