Beautiful hotel and facilities! Located just out of the busy nightlife

The kids pool was a hit for our two young boys, depth was 60cm and pool was big and clean. Buffet breakfast was lovely too with great options everyday.

Beach wasn’t great but didn’t matter as pool made up for it on hot days

Wonderful location, excellent staff and can’t beat ocean frontage. Loved watching the beach from the sun deck. Great location for the beach, beach clubs and nice neighbourhood to walk around with lovely restaurants.

Keep in mind this point is valid for all hotels in the area. This area is very busy due to the beach/night clubs (Finns, Atlas) and you can hear the music until midnight - loudest on Friday and Saturdays. It didn’t keep me up but it was reasonably loud. It is also a very long drive to Seminyak (somewhere between 30mins to 1.5hrs drive depending on traffic). Hotel restaurant isn’t great but there are lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Location to beach and outlook from terrace. Watching the waves from the terrace. Nicely presented room with excellent bathroom facilities. Happy and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast selection. Adequate pool area, depth ideal for younger children. Atlas and Finns beach club and within easy walking distance.

Water inlet below decked terrace area was dirty and needed dredging for rubbish. The sandy beach was very nice and could be beautiful but in parts was dirty with random rubbish not just plastic. Dogs are allowed to roam freely on beach. Pool area and decked terrace was good but in need of upgrade.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms are very luxurious and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and loved having access to a massage spa without needing to leave the resort. We will be back for sure :)

I was travelling with my baby and found it a little difficult to get around with the stroller / pram. (across to the restaurant)

Some of the reception staff spoke little English or were perhaps new. Their info wasnt always accurate and it was hard to speak with them on the phone.

Very loud music from super clubs that could be heard every afternoon in to the night until midnight. If you are a light sleeper you will hate it here. The room had a bad smell that was like old stinky sneakers that never went away, which made me feel like it was unclean. The beach can only be accessed by walking around a large, dirty bed of water that is the run off of the open drains & is filled with rubbish and is very unsightly. Free daily mini bar consisted of 2 cokes and 2 bintangs however the fridge did not work so drinks couldn't be consumed unless we ordered an ice bucket in which to chill them first. The hotel is poorly designed it completely faces side ways so there's no direct view of the beach as there is a wall and staircase front facing the beach, from our balcony it is a side view over the pool and some of the beach. The pool is lovely however there is a total of 7 sunbeds to sit on by the pool and literally nowhere else to sit, so unless you get one of these at sunrise you have nowhere to sit to watch the kids in the pool or to even enjoy sitting by the pool. The bottom floor rooms do have their own sunbeds on their balcony with direct pool access but there is nothing for everyone else staying at the hotel and seeing as all the family rooms are on the top floor there is a lot of people that can't sit by the pool, and when the beach is so unswimmable you really want to enjoy the pool at your hotel. It is the poorest design I have ever seen for a hotel pool.

A very very nice hotel. You leave the hustle & bustle and turn down a bamboo-tuneled lane, an oasis of calm. Our room was upgraded, and the suite we were given was amazing, two huge bedrooms, two balconies both over looking the ocean. The kids loved the stairs up to their room. The staff were very friendly. Always smiling, and eager to help. The spa was very good, one of the massages we've had, ever. It's right on the coast, a two minute private walkway to the beach, with a not too crowded surf break there (certainly less busy than Canggu's lineup a few minutes up the coast).

Two very minor niggles: - the staff took forever to serve us lunch on our arrival, must have taken almost an hour for the food to arrive. - there are very few sunbeds at the poolside, almost none get day-long sun - unless you have a pool-side room on the ground floor - these poolside rooms get the most afternoon sun on their small decks. There are more sunbeds overlooking the ocean, these are nice as the ocean breeze takes the edge off the heat.

The property were clean and spacious , the staff mostly suoer friendly. Cleaning the room was always on time .

My kids got a lots of bite , could be bed bug . When i enter the hotel from the beach i got stoo by security and he ask for my room number which i thought is weird since he saw i was comig from the hotel before , but when my husband enter ( white person ) he didn’t get ask for the room number . BreakfSt could improve

The common areas were fantastic but the rooms needed blinds so you could have natural light in without opening the doors. Also the cleanliness of the rooms was very average

Shallow pools, not friendly staff, having to get your own pool towels, staff not attentive, beach view is only from balcony

sea view, BUT, there is a small river between beach and hotel. And it’s no bridge to cross it, it’s really dirty and doesn’t swell well.

Needs more bed lounges and not enough shaded areas. Requires some green areas. Unable to walk to the beach at high tide.

The room was beautiful, and they even went the extra mile to place rose petals in the room, as it was our honeymoon! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

my only possible suggestion would be to make the breakfast a little more varied, but we stayed for a week so for short stays it is fine.

we paid for an ocean suite but it didn’t smell nice, so they gave us another room which was a lot cheaper. I wasn’t too happy that I paid for more to get less quality
