Very friendly and kind owner. Clean and good equipped room. Good location (90 meters from metro station Pero). Supermarket Carrefour few minutes walking. Tasty Italian breakfast.

Host was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom also very clean, lovely shower. Very good experience staying here. Location was absolutely beautiful and only a very quick walk to the metro.

Very clean and comfortable, cute little apartment. Lovely people, so friendly. Excellent location so close to the metro station. Cheap for Milan. Really enjoyed my stay here. jump on the metro redline and you are in the city in 20mins. plus the area around has heaps of good and cheap restaurants. The coffee was great

The room was very nice equipped (except the bed there was a table, one chair, a wardrobe, a locker etc.. I liked the bathroom as well! Excellent location: just 3 minutes walking from Pero metro station! In 30 minutes by metro is possible to get to the city centre. Thank you, Massimo, it was very pleasant stay for me! And I liked how birds were singing in the morning😁

The perfect host! We felt at home. Nothing was lacking. It’s a 10/10 from us. We were a group of 4, and we were treated like royalty. Very hospitable and attentive host, very responsive and helpful, gave us very useful tips for restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable.

The heating takes a while to kick in, so be patient :)

We liked everything in this hotel with a good connection to the center. The host was super nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Included breakfast was rich and delicious. Definitely recommended.

We like everything just the light in your bathroom that kept turning on and off while you are inside, was a little bit annoying.

Brilliant location to visit FIERA MILANO. Shops, metro: everything is close

You will hear people eating their stuff all daynight long. Even coffeelovers will wake you up during the nightsleep at 1:00 AM. Because they make coffee right behind your room door. Breakfast is: cookies + yoghurt + coffee

The hotel is small private owned. The owners were very friendly. The situation of the building is 100m from metro station, which goes or to Fiera Milano, to which we came, or direct line to the city-centre. So, for us the situation was more than perfect. Also the house is situated among other living houses. So, it was very nice sitting on the balcony to look after Italian life ;)

No eggs for the breakfast, no sausages... no normal fresh bread. The rest is ok. But we don't care so much for what we eat for breakfast. So, for us more or less was everything ok.

BREAKFAST ROOM IS IN THE CORRIDOR WHERE ALL THE ROOMS LEAD OFF. DOORS ARE NOT SOUNDPROOFED SO YOU MIGHT HAVE AN EARLY WAKE UP CALL IF SOMEONE ELSE LEAVES EARLY!

Only location All other facilities are very poor or you can say no facilities.

It is private property and no one is available to open the door when you come for check in, we have to wait 40 minutes then person come to open the door. No reception area where any one can sit if he come to meet you Our customer come to meet us at room but property owner threatened him that if he meet us in room then he call police or we have go out in a bar for meetings, it is really horrible. He did not change the towels. He did not change the bed sheets. Only shampoo is provided by him no other toiletries. Very small room even we cannot fit our luggages in it. Breakfast is very bad and many times old which was left from yesterday’s. You cannot wait for taxi when check out, there was raining out side and property owner ask us to go out from building and wait outside for taxi it’s horrible.
