Nice Location, short walk to the beach front, apartment was clean and very well equipped, excellent communication with the very helpful owner, English speaking, we really had a great stay. will be re visiting.

The apartment is clean but very dated

The hosts were lovely & very understanding, as we didn't arrive until late at night, so they met us there with the keys. It was a lovely spacious apartment within walking distance of bars & restaurants. The terrace was a lovely bonus, great for sitting out in the morning to have your coffee & breakfast. The pool was lovely & warm, and even though there wasn't any sun beds, the grass was comfy & well maintained. The complex was very safe & secure, only people with keys can get in and out. It was also very quiet at night. It made our holiday very comfortable - like home from home!!!

It would have been great to have an information pack, telling us where everything is & things to do in the area. Having another set of keys for the apartment would have been good as well; as having 2 teenagers meant we had to wait around a lot for them to wake up & get ready. The electricity did short circuit a few times if you used too many electrical items, but this was quickly rectified once we rang the host. The fuse box is behind the front door in a small cupboard. The apartment also only had one cereal bowl, so we had to take it in turns to use it. But apart from those few things everything else was lovely!

Hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. Very nice area with nice restaurants and bars. Beach was lovely. Everything you could want is right beside you. Everyone very friendly. Enjoyed it very much.

It is not located in Benidorm Old Town as my search indicated, about 10 minute drive away. Taxis cost 10 euro into Benidorm Old Town.

The property was outstanding. It has its own private terrace and it is very nicely decorated. The host, Javier, is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Being alone. It would be a nice place to stay with your sweeheart, family or share with friends
