Second time staying here, excellent location, everything you need a home away from home. Blue line agency were great to deal with and kept in contact during and when we were running late.

The view is fantastic the apartment is great however there is no plug in the main bathroom which made shaving impossible. The balcony floor was filthy and when stepping out barefooted you came back in with black feet (we only did it once we learnt very quickly). When we asked questions on b.com they were never replied to or days and days later. We asked about checking in 2 hours early and if it was possible (no problem if not) this was replied to 3 days later. The lift was a bit of an issue as several days the workmen used it for loading and unloading of materials which delayed us several times as my disabled sister couldn’t use the stairs. All in all a great stay it had absolutely everything we needed and more! We would definitely book again.

No plugs - surely this was spotted by the cleaners!

location was ideal. Balcony was good. was able to cook there.

what we didn’t like is the large bathroom shower was mouldy. no sink plug. washing machine is from 1950s. no towel change in 2 weeks or bedding change the whole time we were there and the electric shutters did not work as they are broken in the living room. although we enjoyed our holiday.

our second stay here and we love this apartment, location is amazing, everything you need just a minutes walk away. Apartment is very spacious and clean, has a lovely balcony which gets the sun in the afternoon.

communication from property was very poor - never replied to emails - when called because could not find location to get key - was 2 blocks away from property - was very abrupt and told me to use goggle maps I wanted more of a chat as in a foreign country and tired after travelling and as mid 50s don't do technology very well. had to get a nearby restaurant waiter to help us. no information at the property what to do with rubbish ? (we like to leave apartments clean ) or anything else like out of hours number only one set of keys - with 4 of us that was a pain apartment was great though

It is very close to the beach and the restaurants.

We got there on Friday at noon, got the keys, but there was no remote control for the car gate and they said they could only provide one next Monday, with the option of us leaving the car on a public paking place. The apartment was fairly clean, but it definitely needed new AC, new washer, new doors and furniture. The beds are pretty un confortable. Very noisy. We moved to a hotel after 2 days in order to enjoy the vacation.

Views front and back and the Location, Service provided for key collection was excellent

Crockery and cutlery not clean we had to buy dishwasher tablets to clean everything, in fact We bought cups to use and took them home with us. We left washing liquid, coffee and tea for the next people to use.
