The house was great. Had all the little extra amenities that a lot of rentals do not. Great location. WiFi was great! Great outside area. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed kitchen, great fenced in yard with furnished patio and grill, very comfortable bed in master. Nicely decorated and very spacious. The water pressure in the master shower is not great - our only complaint. Overall a very good stay!

I had a girls weekend getaway for a bride to be. Everyone was impressed with the home. The level of cleanliness as well as the decor details was above average. We all enjoyed our stay. A few ladies have already inquired about booking home for a future date.

We did spend a lot of time in the house but everything was well maintained and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful well appointed home. Spacious open living areas on both levels. Nice outdoor patio space with large gas grill. All amenities were as described. Contactless check in and out. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to High Point U. Owner was very accommodating to extend our stay when our flight was cancelled due to storm in NY. This is the cleanest house I have ever rented anywhere in the world. Literally. We had a family gathering and the home was perfect. The house is nicer in person than in the descriptions and even the surrounding neighbors were friendly. We had several questions for the owner and they were answered immediately. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. We enjoyed our weekend getaway in Charlotte. The property was nice with enough room for all of my guest. Check out was the only hiccup. On my original document it said one time and my checkout email it had another time.

We hit a home run with this property. It was clean, large in size to accommodate my family and had all the things need to cook, clean and just enjoy. Tammy was amazing big responses were great and she was more then willing to share recommendations if need. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is a MUST STAY! The property is in a very nice neighborhood. The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean, thoughtful extras like a game room area, great fenced private back yard with grill....etc.... I am a real estate broker in NC and FL, so I always hesitate when I rent homes that I am unfamiliar with area, but this one is a WINNER! The management is amazing, responsive, and makes check-in and check-out very simple. If you are looking to stay in the Charlotte area, look no farther---This is IT---AMAZING!

Really quiet place!!!

We are a local family of 7 that was displaced by a water leak and subsequent damage to our home. We chose this property for a variety of reasons: space, location and existing reviews. We initially were reserved for 8 days but ended up staying an entire month. This place was amazing. It had everything we needed, was comfortable, inviting and decorated very homey, yet elegant enough to feel like we were on a vacation. Every detail was attended to, and there were no corners cut on the quality of items in the home. The amenities of a fenced yard and hockey table were among the highest raves from the kids who had plenty to do. The board game selection was also plentiful and we often played games throughout the evening as a family which was very nice. (I couldn't tell you the last time I had played Clue and now it's already on one of my kid's birthday list!) The backyard felt like a little oasis--the covered area with all the outdoor furniture and the hammock had us outside a lot (even in the 90+ degree days!) while we cooked dinner on the grill. The communication with Tammy was superb. Anytime an issue arose or we had a question she was quick to answer and provided thorough instruction/details. She was incredibly accommodating and above all, one of the most compassionate people I have ever rented from. The situation that landed us in this rental would have been a nightmare for most but for us, this truly felt like a home away from home and provided us a sigh of relief as we just got to enjoy our time there. I am truly thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here. If you are reading this and are still thinking whether or not you should stay here, STOP thinking and hit that reserve button!

We stayed here for 6 weeks. It was a great place to make a home-away-from-home. The house was exactly as described and met our needs well. The kitchen was well appointed, the family room was comfortable. We could stream all of our services - we'd never heard of YouTube TV and we quite liked it. There was one issue that arose (as things do) and the owners were at the house within an hour and made sure it was fixed. They were great about communication, and checked in with me often during a tornado warning, updating me on area concerns. They were also very helpful by answering many questions prior to our stay. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. The yard was perfect for our dog - plenty of room to run around and completely fenced in. The location was perfect for exploring an area new to us. We walked a lot of trails and loved the Carolina Raptor Center. If we return to this area we would definitely rent this house again. We recommend it highly.

My sister and I were seeing a show in Charlotte and decided to bring our families along and make a weekend of it. Six adults, two teens, a school age kiddo and a toddler fit very comfortably. The house is decorated so nicely and literally has everything you need to feel at home. We grilled out, watched football, the kids played air hockey...fun for everyone! Also conveniently located to airport and downtown, grocery stores, outlet mall, and easy to find. Property owners were in constant communication and super helpful. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful holiday extravaganza! This home was beautiful and perfect for our large family gathering over Christmas. The little extras were everywhere including a beautifully decorated Christmas tree! Tammy was a very responsive host. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve a large group for Christmas dinner. Outside was a beautiful covered seating area with a large weber grill. Quality large screen televisions in all the rooms. The beds were comfortable with good quality linen. The appliances were in good working order with a nearly new dishwasher and washer and dryer. And on and on and on. We had no disappointments for our entire eight days and will definitely use this beautiful home again in the future.

We were in town for a family Christmas gathering and since ours has grown the usual place is now too small. This house had plenty of room to spread out, it even has a play room for the kids, and we were all able to enjoy each other without feeling cramped. The decorated Christmas tree was a nice touch!

This home was amazing!! There is plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the entire home was beautiful!! The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and local activities!! We will definitely be booking this home again in the future.
