I didn't like the fact that I had to ask for clean towels every morning, and the room doesn't come with the usual toiletries. Although they are available,I had to ask for those. The bathroom had no windows and a proper shower curtain, so water ran all over the floor.

My booking was confirmed. Arrival time was set and confirmed but to our shock when we arrived we were told the place is fully booked. The place was very convenient for our gig in Hatfield ended up having to book at RH. I mean how does the place accept bookings if their place is fully booked. I really love the place but this cut deep cause it was late at 6pm and had to now be outside I'm the dark pank booking.

Bad

There was cockroaches crawling in and out of the microwave, bar fridge and cupboards 2hours after I checked in. I decided not to stay there I couldn't get my refund even after showing the staff the cockroaches I killed before it got into my suitcase, I was offered doom 🤔😡😠 the owner was screaming when you try to converse with him and not willing to hear you out. Lost my money, It was so horrible im still traumatized about the cockroaches......

Everything, the property itself, the location, the staff were so good and the Manager very comprehensive.

Nothing....we arrived around 17:00 but we had to wait about 20 minutes for our room to be ready. Apparently it was booked out to people who used it for 2 hours.

The sheets were moist and cold. The single towel we got was not clean. The wi fi didn't work in our room. Only one channel available on the TV. Attached picture indicated that we had been allocated a single room (one cup, one glass and one coffee mix)

The bedding was dirty, old duvet, pillows not comfortable, no window in the toilet, broken sofa, no towels in the room, dirty shower and shower curtain! The pictures we saw on their website are totally different when you get in the room.

The reception was not good. Visitors take their own languages to their rooms. In hospitality industry you are assisted with your stuff.
