Horrible Hygiene

I booked 2 rooms. 1. Rooms didn’t had water in the restroom to flush in the morning. We were asked to wait 30 mins after complaining on front desk. But water never came, eventually we left the hotel and looked for another hotel to get freshen. Hotel staffs didn’t inquired if we were able to use water or not. 2. One of the room door got locked and card wasn’t working suddenly. Had to go to front desk again to complain. Came up but card still didn’t worked for 10 mins. After 10 mins it started working again.

This was hands down the worse hotel experience we have ever had. All the positive reviews online are fake. Blood on the pillow cases, semen on the sheets, filthy walls, mould in the bathroom, decor completely worn our and dirty, noisy road and neighbours, prostitutes in the lifts...the list is endless, but we will save you time and advise you to stay well away from this place. Suffice to say that we had to change rooms 4 times during the night which was utterly exhausting after a long day of travelling. Spend your 6000 rupees in another establishment that is not a total scam.

Excellent service and cooperative staff

Breakfast was good. Location wise it's very good.

Everything was ok.

Good choices in room service menu and delicious options. Staff at check in and esorting to room were extremely pleasant and hospitable. Plenty of bottled water in the room.

Rooms could have been cleaner. Had to come and flush the toilet and bed was with hairs. Housekeeping came asap and effectively cleaned it once notified. Check in took 27mins. Had to wait in the lobby for room ready and once went yi the room and did not find it clean.

Loud music plays till 1:00 PM. You just cannot sleep.

Not properly managed...too expensive

There was big rush in resturant because of bengali new year but they had alternative arrangement though. They were very courteous. Food was good. The reception guy was amazing. We had booked king suite but got our room upgraded. Wonderful hospitality. Great experience overall.

The lobby usually busy considering the common area for reception and restaurant. View from room is not that great

The breakfast was too good and the staff was very friendly.

The room card had issues we took two room key but after some time the room card was not working. Had got it fixed from reception later.

Staff were very polite and courteous and off course helpful

Booked with pool but they informed pool was not functional

All things are maintained and staffs are helpful...

I didn't get hair dryer which is mentioned in bio of hotel...

Buffet was good and proximity to airport is convenient.

No hand or bath towels in the room when we checked in. Strange rule where only one keycard per guest per room - very inconvenient if 2 people are sharing the room.

Taste of Food & Friendly Staff in Restaurant

Though 5 🌠 Hotel the maintenance of property is not up to mark. Check in staff at night was impolite and unprofessional. Parking issues. Amenities like gym n pool staff were not present and one has to find them to use facilities. In dining services were also not bench mark and late night service was at the disco toon of staff.

The tooth brush provided made from recycling material and bad smell while start brush.
