Muebles en mal estado , nevera y utensilios, seria un plus con lavadora pero no tiene, le hace falta mantenimiento

Estuvo bueno, me encantó en los días que pasé allá 👍🏼 en realidad todo muy bien!!

La amabilidad de la señora Marlene

Había cucarachas en todo el lugar. El sofá cama para la 5 persona estaba súper sucio y lleno de arena. La ducha y el lavamanos tenían problemas. Un rollo de papel para 5 días y 5 personas, cocina sin esponja papel o toalla de limpieza. Solo acepta efectivo y transferencia. La calle estaba en reparación, se dificultaba llegar al hotel por cualquier medio, pasando escombros y maquinaria.

The whole facility was cool. Nice and more than enogh space.

The location. The place isn't near the main party sector so you have to invest in transportation.

The little pool

It didn't have hot water. The door of the bathroom was damaged, I get locked down for 1 hour. Internet signal does not reach the room They asked for money transfer before arrival I got very painful mosquitoes bites, that affect my stay on the city.

The staff Ms Patricia was very welcoming and sweet! Promptly helped us with any inquiries, doubts and information we needed. She took very good care of me and my mother during our stay! Also, the room, swimming pool and common areas were very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Safety instructions were displayed on th walls too.

Shower water is salty

It was a clean and well kept property. The owners live there and are very friendly. Very accommodating to leave our luggage there while we explored the island, as our flight came in much earlier than checkin time.

The 2 bedrooms did have air conditioning although, in one room, with the bed arrangement it was hard to sleep as it was blowing right on you and if you turned it off it was too hot. In the other room, the air conditioner took a very long time to cool the room, and it was leaking, so had to move the beds out of the way. And on the last night we had to turn it off completely as there was quite a large puddle on the floor. Also, many ants throughout the apartment, especially the kitchen, where you could not leave things out on the counter. Not sure if it is just the standard for the island, as first time there.
