We loved the feeling of home and family we felt when were there. This is truly an exceptionally heart-warming place. The host could not have been more caring. He walked us to a local restaurant that served us with the most thoughtful, authentic, gourmet meal. We would love to return to this property and neighborhood with more friends and family.

Be sure to allow extra time for the airport. 3 hours ahead is a real thing. If you have global traveller, mobile disability or elite status it will help.

It was the best property that we stayed in our two week trip. It is huge and every room has everything that you need or you can think of. The host is selling some little gifts, alcohol, and water on the property so you don't have to go out and try to find a place to buy water or drinks. He also provided free little cakes and cookies. The courtyard was amazing and we hung out there a lot. We can see the ocean from the roof top terrace. the house is huge but clean. So many rooms so each of my kids finally got their own room as promised. AC in each room was good. auto gate was great. We did not get to meet the host but he was responsive and he had a friend to meet with us when we arrived. The host's friend were so nice that she called taxi for us to go to airport.

there were so many mosquitoes in the house and we got bitten very badly. If there is no mosquito issue, this will be the place we like the most and will want to return. The beds were on the hard side so none of us had a good sleep. There were no swimmable beach near by. The nearest were about 1 mile/1.6 KM away.

Fausto is a super host! His kindness, willingness to help and attentiveness makes him one of the best hosts I’ve met. The Villa is perfect for families that need an overnight around FCO airport. Didn’t have the time to explore The town itself.

Perfect location for our last night in Italy; wish we could have stayed longer! The breakfast and supply of food was great, but since we only stayed overnight and left early, we didn't get to truly enjoy the property.

The air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom near the stairs didn't work properly. Otherwise, the amenities of the property were above and beyond our expectations.

The house is perfect, big, clean, everything what you need.

Such an spacious place. Well maintained and the owner is actually a super host. So approachable and well informed of the event around the place. He helped us how to get to our destination especially during the G20 summit where a lot of streets are closed. Highly recommended!

Fausto had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we would stay here again.
