اسلوب بعض الموظفين حيث تم الحجز بالخطأ لدخول شخص واحد عن طريق بوكنق وعند الوصول طلب مني دفع مبلغ مادي يعادل 300 دولار من احب دخول الشخص الثاني على ان تكون الاقامه حتى الساعه 11 ونحن زوجين مسافرين !؟ وعند مشاهده الغرفه السرير. والارواب الموجوده مناسبه لزوجين.

The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, our room was a great size with beautiful terrace and bathroom, the grounds were beautiful and amenities were so relaxing.

I have stayed there before and love the location near airport. Breakfast and lunch were very good buffets, I thought dinner menu and food could be improved

Spa/pools

The lady at the front desk offered us a late checkout at check-in so we could attend the spa prior to departing. Organised our spa booking and dinner reservation. She was wonderful!

On departure a male from the front desk called and told us we needed to be out of the accommodation - Now! and wouldn’t back down and rude to my daughter on the phone. The restaurant isn’t great for dinner they forgot our cocktails and we had already eaten and left and still waiting.... The staff in the main restaurant for breakfast and lunch - a super helpful man running the restaurant, informative, kind and professional

room never got quite cool enough.

We liked the cleanliness, size and amenities provided during our stay. The location was convenient in relation to the airport. We were grateful to find a luxury hotel close to the airport, making our early commute to the airport short.

The hotel shuttle to the airport was dysfunctional. We followed the protocol in emailing the day prior to confirm if we needed a ride for an extra fee. We never received a response or confirmation from the email but spoke with the receptionist upon arrival. They told us the shuttle leaves every hour on the hour starting at 7:00, we said, "Great, we will need to be on the 7:00 shuttle then." The next morning, no shuttle, they said they had no record of us registering for this service. We had to call a taxi which cost us 3 times more than taking the hotel shuttle, plus we were then a bit late and flustered.

The room, the private terrace, the spa facilities were amazing

Room service menu was terrible, felt you were forced to eat in restaurant, heating in room did not work properly and staff were very dismissive and did not send any one to fix. The room got cold in the middle of the night. It may of been the language barrier as reception staff had limited English.even thought hotel is by the airport and the price of the rooms are expensive

Very comfortable room and bed. Need better pillows. Pools and spa were very busy and a bit overwhelming. Dinner was good but menu was too fancy and waiter was not welcoming and service was ok.

Hard to figure out how to navigate everything. No casual dinner spot.

This is a beautiful setting. The rooms are extremely comfortable and we had a lovely patio. Staying here is very relaxing and the perfect place to stay prior to overseas flights. Also extremely close to the airport. The staff are gra ious and very welcoming.
