Vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de uitgebreide en lekkere buffetten, uitstekende service, de ruime en comfortabele kamers, de locatie.... en nog zoveel meer. Da's de reden waarom we telkens voor dit hotel kiezen.

Wirklich alles perfekt!!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wie immer war das essen und die Sauberkeit hervorragend. Man fühlte sich sehr sicher auch in dieser schlimmen Zeit.

No mayo at breakfast, only at dinner

Very good facilities. Amazing staff The room and all the hotel was very clean. The breakfast and dinner buffet was more than enough and with nice quality.

A very dangerous slippery surface around the pool. Big delay in the pool bar restaurant during the lunch time...we were forced to cancel one hour after the order was given. Paying for water at the dinner although it is provided for Free at the breakfast is ridiculous and damaging the hotel image. There was a coffee machine in the room but only two capsules provided....

Hotel was excellent.Food staff and amenities. But are room was not good,it was a lot smaller than a usual suite would be in my opinion. We were very disappointed with our room. I had paid for a suite. And ended up with a bed settee at the end of the double bed. Not in a separate room which I was led to believe. So not happy. We did ask to be moved but hotel was full.

Location Our room over looked a very noisy night club. Which was open from 10am till 5am. Which was full of drunken German people staggering and shouting day and night on the streets and beach. This was not what I regard as a relaxing place to stay for a holiday. Definitely Not for families

The room is big and you have plenty of space inside and also on the balcony. The breakfast was really rich and you have plenty of choices for all the tastes.

The door that takes you out from the swimming pool to the main street should be open until later.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms. Facilities were too good to be missed. Staff very friendly. Food and service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

AC could be a little cooler. Hot water and coffee facility could be made available in the room. Also ironing was missing. The look of the reception decor like the white hands hanging wasn't nice. All other decor was absolutely beautiful.

Very clean, new, spacious, beautiful light and design. Room and balcony were really comfortable big and well designed. Bed was also big and comfortable. Convenient car parking. Spacious and comfortable zones for waiting or working.

Breakfast looked nice but somehow didn’t have much taste - neither omelette, neither veggies or pancakes. Busy lifts during morning hours.

Food is good.

Each time the guests in the neighbor rooms close the door, I felt like someone beged in my room.

Big rooms, amazing view, free parking, clean, quiet.

Fantastic architecture and minimalistic, yet warm interior design. Sound-proofing works fairly well, and AC is very easy to control and exceptionally silent. Choice and quality of the food offered for breakfast and dinner is outstanding!

Wine could be ordered only by bottle, even though half-bottles were available, but not by glass

Everything was amazing: the hotel- big, clean, high level of comfort, the staff - very helpful, the parking- underground, the food - quite impressiveve

Everything was wonderful, it was nice to have such nice and hard-working hotel employees, like Marina at the reception and Antonio metre de restorante, we are very grateful to your hotel for a wonderful holiday. I liked everything, you are great!!!!

Very helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner has big selection, you can definitely find something what you like.

It would be nice if breakfast is served a bit earlier.

Excellent service, lovely large bedroom with sunbeds on balcony, Arranged change of rooms due to noisy neighbours. Good entertainment and really good buffet breakfast

Not friendly staff / No amenities in “Junior suite room” (no kettle, no coffee etc) / Fake “Sea view room” (you can see forlorn buildings like an attached photo) / Every time required deposit (pool towels,umbrella)
