Noisy drunk guests, very thin walls, very cold rooms, inadequate photos on webpage, when we fell asleep around 4.30 am it was only to be woken up by cleaning with loud knocks on the door at 10.30, telling us that we needed to get out of the room..

For us it was a good hotel to stay for the first night. It was accessible from the airport by bus (even at night). It is very close to the beach. Breakfast was included.

Cheap and cheerful hotel close to the airport. Basic facilities but clean and tidy.

Very noisy location - window did not shut tightly , - although reasonable price for the area everything was extremely basic with even the AC being extra

Requesting additional money to have a remote to use the AC doesn't seem right, considering that the price for such facilities are already high comparing to the quality of room's you're getting.

The location is perfect for party and really close to the beach. Breakfast.

I know it´s a 2 star hotel but it could at least have A.C. It´s all in german. Even the papers to sigh at the check in were written in german.

Location, cleanness, atmosphere, bar with food and drink on the hall was really nice.

I missed the air-condition system, i had fen but it didn't fit with the heat of this island.

Welcoming staff, good public areas, excellent breakfast.

They should consider some people coming to Spain to feel like in Spain not listening all day and night German disc music :/ I felt like in different country, little annoying

close to property are perfects bars and pubs, nice beach and close to Palma. This property is perfect for young people.

a bit noisy till early morning hours :) not the best accommodation for parents with small children :)

Air con & safe was additional at 6 euro & 1 euro however had no euros and had to pay on card which was a minimum charge of 20 euro... this is the Benidorm for Germans, so felt a little out of place... only stayed for one night before going to our booked accommodation in north Majorca

The location is perfect, the beach is in 2 minutes walk, the restaurants and grocery shops also in 2-3 minutes to walk, bus station is also in 2 minutes walk (Bus A2 - airport, , 25 - Palma city) .The hotel reception is available 0-24, you can buy drinks at night there, the staff is very friendly. In the morning, continental breakfast was available for free. Rooms cleaned daily, the whole hotel was clean while we were there for a week. The wifi was good. I recommend this accomodation.

Because of the location the street is very noisy, so you can wake up to the party in the area, but that is not the hotel's competence. Unfortunately the room was small, no fridge in it.

a lot of noise from other guess , and hotel didn’t do anything regarding that. they phone was broken, they camera was broken and couldn’tsee what’s going on
