Wonderful location - beautiful hills and nice town

The view was amazing, very nice and quite location. it also had a restaurant inside, which was very convenient

We could hear people very loudly from our rooms

The complex is still fairly new but very well maintained so far. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. The dinner was great and overall a nice place to unwind as we had been travelling for a while. The young lady at reception was very friendly, spoke good English and supplied me with a hairdryer which was not in the room.

Unfortunately the breakfast rating went down for me when we went to breakfast, no buffet style or menu offered. The Waiter just told my husband that Mekitsa was available. We ordered this. But it came with no yoghurt, just a small jam. I then noticed other Guests getting a boiled egg. I asked if they were available and if I could get one The Waiter returned with 2 boiled eggs and then I recieved a check for 1.20lev to pay for the eggs!! We had been to about 6 hotels around Bulgaria over the past week and stayed 1 two 2 nights at each hotel and every hotel offered a buffet breakfast where it was included in the price. We even stayed at a prestige hotel in Tsigov Chark that offered a nice breakfast.

The bathroom smelled awful. The receptionist was rude. We paid for a bedroom and got two single beds.
