The service in the restaurant was exceptional

the spa bath was a little dirty, would recommend running the spa and emptying, which unfortunately wastes water

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. Clean, private and comfortable. Great shower & soft cozy bed. The location was lovely. The place made me feel very chilled.

The air-conditioning was quite gentle and subtle. The room got cool enough, but there was no air flow that you could feel. It made me feel a little clostorphoic.

Beautiful facilities, comfy bed, dual shower

Shutters were difficult to move. Pathway to Main Street outside office hours, not up the driveway would be good.

We loved the room , the view, the service and the relaxing atmosphere. Felt like a world away from everything. A microwave would have been handy but not a big deal. Loved our stay.

The room was great, nice fireplace at the end of the bed and the spa on the deck was fantastic. Easy walking distance to the town/shops.

No milk to make coffee, had to ask at restaurant for some milk.

Loved the view, the fireplace and the spa bath.

Being on the first floor with the road in view, no door when you go to the toilet, really uncomfortable bed and limited tv options.

Room was very clean. Gas fire place and balcony spa were nice. Double shower was nice. Room size was decent. Comfortable bed. Was thankful that staff offer alternative milks to the standard dairy as well.

Unfortunately, rooms looking towards the coast are closest to the main road, so we could hear a little more vehicle noise than would've been ideal.

the rooms were beautiful and such a fun layout. absolutely loved the giant spa!! the breakfast platter was Devine too 100% recommend adding to your stay.

the dinner menu was expensive. would have rather ordered room service but couldnt justify that expense so went down the road for some super yummy take away.

The size of the unit and the fact there was two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable.

The lounge was too long in the seat for the back.

We loved the size, comfortability, the facilities (large shower/bathroom, open floor plan, hot tub, air conditioning, balcony, easy use fireplace)

Unfortunately we couldn’t do much with the wifi, not sure if it was just us, but we could barely load anything, even when using our own data. A couple hundred metres down the road we had full service though, so I reckon it’s just the unfortunate location of Altitude being the reason their wifi didn’t seem to work for us. We had a couple small, brown stains on one of the pillows & the doona, as well as some stains on the couch. We would’ve loved some extra cutlery/plates/bowls in the room, it would’ve been very useful! We only had 2 teaspoons, some glasses & 2 cups/saucers to eat/drink with whilst in our room.
