The location is surrounded by lots of greenery. You literally wake up with the birds. The room was spacious and we had a nice terrace. Everything was clean and well organized.

The WiFi was not working during our whole stay.

The room and balcony were beautiful. The pool was clean and appreciated. It was clean. The staff were friendly. It was quiet. The coffee machine was lovely. The fridge was great. The view ls were gorgeous. Very romantic setting.

The bed wasn't that comfortable for our liking. There was a little bit of confusion around communication for checking in.

Almost perfect stay,great garden and pool, studio was nice but bed not so comfortable because there were two single beds and one mattress and during the sleep bed were splitting.If that would be fixed I would give 10.

The appartment, the house and the large garden are beautiful and very well maintained. The owner and staff we met were very friendly. We came probably a little late in the season, I guess the pool area is a huge plus during summer-time. Mid-October was just too cold for swimming. Having a small kitchenette was great for breakfast or a quick pasta-dinner. Although the kitchenette isn’t overly generously stocked with pots and pans it was enough to prepare small meals. We had a large and beautiful balcony, other appartments have terraces and direct access to the garden. The house was easy to find with the directions the owner emailed us prior to arrival.

The appartments are great when you’re looking for a calm location a little away from the touristy buzz. The downside is that you need a car or bikes whenever you want to go somewhere, the village itself doesn’t offer much besides one supermarket and one restaurant. We didn’t mind that but I guess it’s good to factor it in into your plans if you’re interested in this location. I’d recommend the appartments for couples or families with smaller children, our pre-teenagers were a little bored.

Nice and quiet place some 8-10 km from the south-east shore of the Lake Garda. Not too far from the Lake, but in contrast to overwhelming and lively cities directly at the lakeshore (like Peschiera del Garda), this place offers very calm and peaceful evenings. Well-maintained and very large garden with nice swimming pool to cool down during hot summer days. Suitable for families not necessarily interested in noisy surroundings, but ready to travel to the Lake (by car or bike). Pleasant restaurant near the house with delicious pizza and local meals. Well-supplied supermarket just around the corner, as well.

Unfortunately, I don't understand the thing about the private beach. I didn't simply find it - suggesting that I was either not searching intensively enough, or it was simply not there. However, the river Mincio directly in front of the house, with its nearby dam some 2-3 km away, offers some opportunities to swim. The walk or ride (bike-path available) along the River itself is a very pleasant experience as well.

Location is nice, is not far from Lake (15 mins easy drive to Peschiera), but only accessible with a car. It's a very quiet location, territory is large, nice and clean. Hotel has a comfy lounge area and a grill zone. Pool is not deep, however good enough to cool down and relax. Usually there is no one or just a few more people. Rooms are nice with a balconies. Grocery shop is 1km away. You can make your own coffee in mocca, but there is also a coffee machine in reception area for 50 cents.

Kitchen does not have a dishwasher, some kitchenware is well outdated i.e pan must have been thrown away long ago. There was no knife. Facility does not provide any essentials like salt/pepper/washing liquid - so if you plan to cook - you've got to take yours. Mattress was also bit old and it was not convenient to sleep. (sagging in the middle) These disadvantages did not make our stay worse, so we've enjoyed overall stay.
