Beautiful hotel, with fantastic facilities. The breakfast was great. Staff were extremely attentive. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

They charge you €25 per person for the Sun beds on the platform area.

Amazing spa and pool

My room description stated “inner courtyard view” and manager says this means view facing away from lake, view of parking lot. There is no inner courtyard.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The suite room with lake view was amazing and it got well cleaned every day, the common areas were so good I could have easily spent every single day just hanging around there. Not to mention the spa, which was included in the price with many saunas, pools and other amenities. The Finnish sauna is approved by these two Finns, by the way ;) The breakfast was amazing and did I already mention the views?? The customer service was super warm and kind from each and everyone, we truly felt 100% welcome and appreciated here. Oh and the spa smell in the lobby was so good, I truly felt like I was in heaven throughout the whole time 🥹 Do yourselves a favor and stay here when in Lake Garda!

The hotel defines itself as a Spa hotel but all the Spa facilities were awful including Sauna and Jacuzzi. We paid for a 60 min massage which Was one of the worst ones I have ever received. Definitely not worth the money 😏

A hotel provided transfer to a ferry station

Booked this hotel to stay somewhere before going to Limone - otherwise the road was too long. it was a great mistake. 1) The “view of the internal yard” means a parking and a road view. 2) A/C wasn’t working. It was too hot in a room even with an open window. and there was a noice of course 3) The mattress is awful. Woke up at 6am to leave this place ASAP. Horrible value for €400.

Everything, it's location for ease of walking into the local town. The Staff were outstanding, so polite,friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Spa was lovely, the massage/beauty therapists were knowledgeable, attentive and really pleasant ladies. Everything about this hotel was excellent.
