The room size was good and the tv was a good size

were to start the glass panels of the shower cubical were dirty from scum from previous guests which had not been cleaned for a long time. The toilet seat did not fit properly and was loose and there was what look like poop on the wall above the toilet. It took 20 days to get the internet working properly after complaining every day. The eggs served for breakfast were more like icehockey pucks of the 44 days I think I only had about 15 fried eggs with soft yokes and firm whites.It took 7 days for the manager to meet me , he was more interested in talking with the Dutch guests when he was there

The swimming pool is well maintained and is a good size. The pool area is clean with plenty of sunbeds, tables, and chairs. A good place for relaxing. The staff were friendly as were the other guests we met. There is a good cooked breakfast, and the hotel is Close enough to walking street and all the action.

unfortunately the hotel had some permanent residents to which one couple located next to our room, heard various arguments and fights over the few nights we stayed here which was very uncomfortable. Another complaint would be we were kept up most of the one night with music and people singing extremely loudly downstairs till 6am!!! when we went down we realised some of the hotel staff were involved all drinking and making no effort to keep noise down.

Loved this hotel, The Location, The staff, Air Con was fantastic.. Loved the Pool. Would definately stay there again. We didn't have a balcony but that didn't bother us at all. Having a fridge and a kettle was a big yes from us. We loved our room because it was always cool when we returned after a day out. Even when the Air con was off. That's maybe because the sun was never on our bedroom.

The staff are amazing! Very willing to help where they can. Pretty good location. Not too expensive.

Design of the place is a bit drab. Elevators are a bit small. Beds are a bit weak for Pattaya.
