The water in the hotel absolutely stinks and the garbage makes you want to gag

Sehr zentrale Lage. Sowie man das Hotel verlässt hat man eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Shops. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das erste Zimmer war zur Straße hin und sehr laut mit live Musik und Autos. Leider war das Hotel voll belegt, sodass wir erst am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben was deutlich ruhiger war.

Top Lage, toller Balkon:) leckeres Thai Frühstück, Eier stets frisch zubereitet. Gute Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse:) Wer westliches Frühstück erwartet, kommt eventuell etwas zu kurz. Happy Hour am Pool:) Ausflüge übers Hotel zu einem fairen Preis buchbar, pünktliche Abholung und beste Betreuung!

Located in a main street. Close to restaurants, a 7-Eleven just next to, money exchange, etc The beach is just 10 minutes by walk. The room was confortable. If you are thinking to take some excursions and not expend too much time, the hotel service is a good option.

La vista y la limpieza de la habitación. La ubicación es buenísima en pleno centro. Muy buena la atención de la señora que te vende los tours.

The bed was very hard. Shower blind in bathroom was mouldy and split. Shower was cold, reported it and it was slightly warmer but not great. Lady cooking eggs for breakfast needs a hot plate to keep her eggs warm she has cooked. She was serving up cold fried eggs. Safe was not bolted to wall, maintenance came straight away and fixed it secure. Maid goes through bins. No english speaking tv

Schönes großes Zimmer, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super, direkt im Mittelpunkt von Ao Nang Krabi. Beim Frühstück hatte man eine große Auswahl und es war lecker.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war in allen Stufen extrem laut und müsste mal gewartet werden. Hat wirklich gestört beim schlafen. Im Bad die Fugen etc. könnten mal erneuert werden. Ist für den Thailändischen Standard aber noch ok. Die Fitnessgeräte müssen auch dringend gewartet werden.

There wasn't hot water - checked both in the eve and morning. The mattress was also not the most comfortable, with one side being heavily dented and thus steeply slanting.

Удобное расположение отеля,минут 10 до пляжа. Номер с выходом к бассейну- это просто превосходно.

Не понравилось только одно. Когда моему другу стало нехорошо и нужна была питьевая вода(в номере закончилась), я пошла на ресепшен попросить воды, мужчина за стойкой отказал,указав, что в день положено только 2 бутылки воды. На просьбу о покупке воды,он ответил категорическим отказом. Кулера нет. Дело было уже поздно ночью и пришлось обходиться без воды.

Room was nice and the resort upgraded us for free. Location is great.

Finishing on the room was terrible, you could see paint in all the wrong places. Most importantly, the shower and therefore the bathroom and entrance to the room often smelled like sewage. Some of the staff was ok but the majority were clueless. Don’t go for breakfast, it’s pretty bad (replace with 7 Eleven next door).

Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially the lady who deals with tourism and transfers, she was so helpful with booking my transfer to Koh Tao. The room was very comfortable, lovely bed and spacious. Excellent location in Ao Nang, less than 10 minutes to the beach.

I found the shower very strange, it wasn't a full length shower. There was also no shower curtain so whatever way I showered, the bathroom flooded which was frustrating.

Super Pool mit kostenfreien Poolhandtüchern. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel mit viel Platz und Balkon. Der Fitnessraum ist zwar klein aber mit guter Klima ausgestattet und reicht für ein kleines Workout selbst als “Gymrat”. Außerdem ist die Lage top wenn man die Balance aus Entspannung und Party haben will.

Bonjour, Avec ma compagne nous avons séjourné 6 jours à l'hôtel, un a eu un accueil médiocre pas un sourire. Ils nous ont donnés une chambre alors que le ménage n’a pas été faites correctement. La table de chevet n’était pas nettoyé, la tête de lit non plus, le plan de travail plein de sable, dans le balcon une crotte d’oiseau sur une chaise. Faut attendre l’après-midi pour aller dans la piscine avec le soleil. Sinon aucune utilité. Le personnel a été exécrable et je pèse mes mots !!!. Pas de bonjour pas de sourire. Souvent sur leurs téléphones quand on passe devant eux. Je tiens à noter néanmoins qu’une employée nommée Anna a sauvé la médiocrité du service. Ils n’ont pas changé les serviettes de toilettes pendant une journée sans aucune raison. On a du les appeler pour qu on nous remonte de nouvelles serviettes et poubelles. En tout cas en aucun cas cet hôtel mérite un 4 étoiles ni même un 3 étoiles.

Excelente trato de todo el personal, instalaciones limpias, piscina con acceso desde la habitación, un lujo. Agua fresquita que se agradece . Buen desayuno, buena ubicación, restaurantes, ocio y excursiones a un minuto. Habitación perfecta, limpia y cómoda. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is near to amenities such as convenience stores, atm, restaurants etc. It is also very near to the beach where you can enjoy the superb sunset in the evening. The room that I have gotten is big and clean. The only thing that they can improve is the breakfast. It can be better in terms of the variety.

Reception refused to provide more than one card key to room, creating multiple inconveniences to my husband and I, since we did not always return to room together. Reception also questioned me incessantly for requesting for extra pillows - only two were provided for the double room, when most king beds in hotels would have four???

Breakfast was basic for europeans. No muesli, yoghurt, beans, bacon, potatoes. Only really Thai food, eggs and toast available. Beds hard, ac in room so.cold.even when set at 30c. Limited control of ac
