great location (well, it depends o your needs) I was traveling as a remote employee so everything there suit my needs . the stores around are very nice and the zone has shopping and restaurants .

the difficulty to access to the hotel is a little bit complicated as many taxis or ubers drop you at the entrance of the mall . no other major issues .

Location was convenient, near the beach, close to the airport. Room was large and comfortable.

The all you can eat taco dinner was marginal.

It is relatively expensive. There should be carpet in hallways, so it could be more quiet.

Hard to find when driving. There are no sign, instructions should show the hotel is within the shopping centre.

i loved everything the room the pool the location the view it was perfect.

The location was good for us. Bed comfy, room clean, nice bathroom and shower, helpful staff.

Buffet breakfast was not that great.

even though there was a coffee pot in the room. We were told that coffee was only for the first night you had to pay to use the Jacuzzi. You cannot charge you our meals to the room you had to pay for your room service and not charge it to the room.

Some of the desk staff were excellent. Water was hot, internet worked well, room was large, comfortable and maid service was great. While I was not a fan of the location (off beach 5 minutes and in a shopping mall), my kids liked the mall location and the mall itself grew on me. The beach nearby had both surfable and non surfing water. Great safety and security. Nice pool facilities. Great parking and elevators. There are decent to great restaurants within easy walking distance. The waiters in the restaurant we're good when present.

One of the desk staff was not on par with the others and was really dismissive. The restaurant cooking staff was generally not motivated or sometimes even present early and later in the day. Given there was no ice machine, vending, soft drink machine or coffee and tea that could be independently accessed and the coffee maker in room was consistently under stocked, I found this annoying.
