It said toilet roll was provided and none available, no cleaning products available. Dirty oven. Noisy Beds uncomfortable, the whole place just needs a bit off an upgrade

Not much. If pushed to find something nice to say, I'd say he kitchen was decent but we did not use it.

The property is basically lousy. Some of the pictures of the property are not the actual pictures you will get The pretty bedroom does not exist. The shower had mold. The heater in one of the bedrooms did not work. The floorboards have paint falling off them and mold. The sink was clogged only drained very slowly , The carpets were stained badly in multiple areas and are torn. The floors creaked badly in the apartment and from the apartment above. Don't plan on sleeping past 6:30 AM. Besides the basic property representation, functionality and condition, our problems started upon while attempting to pick up the keys at 11:05 PM which we did not think was a problem. We could not get in our first night and ended up having to find and pay for a hotel that was nice for the same price but didn't check in at the hotel until 2:00 am. The communication with the property management was poor. There was no mention in the communication sent to my email that we had to get the keys prior to 11 PM or we would be locked out for the evening.. We called multiple times starting at 11:05 and never got a response. Called the next day and were not apple to speak with anyone. After we challenged the 11:00 PM check in deadline, the property manager sent us a different text stating there was an 11:00 PM limit on picking up the keys. We simply asked for one night to be credited to our credit card because we did not stay there and we got a firm NO partly because I called the property lousy. Part of the problem was with booking.com. There was no mention of an 11:)) PM deadline. None of the check-in details were visible, until after we committed to book the apartment. My advice is to avoid this one at all costs. You'll be happy you did.

It was in a great location, as it wasn’t too far walking distance to places and in car even quicker! Property was huge! Lovely decor, beds were super comfy. Felt really homely. Shame we were only there 2 nights!! Would definitely stay again.

There was nothing we did not like.

Clean and comfortable apartment

Amazingly well kept property, very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The host and her assistant was very helpful and catered to our every need to ensure my Dad had a great Birthday there.

Nothing was wrong with it.
