This is not saying the room was bad. No point providing an iron when there is no room to do it where there was an available power point.

Pop up beds was very unsatisfactory matress on it was completely warn out

Room was spacious and clean, the staff where very helpful and pleasant . The breakfast was good and the evening meals in the restaurant were outstanding in both quality and price. In general there was a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel.

The hotel offered us a lovely room, friendly staff who went over and above to be helpful and excellent food.

It was a nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely! All the staff were very good.

The room was very comfortable. Quiet with no noise from adjacent rooms. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast, again in a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. The lady on duty was very sweet and helpful.

Having a member of staff on duty at the hotel overnight would have made me feel a little more secure, in case of an emergency.

What an amazing place. One of the best we’ve seen, and incredible value for money. Met up with relatives for an evening meal and it was excellent. One we will use again when in the area.
