The owner was very nice, we felt confident with him. Such a lovely man.

The towels were a bit smelly but apart from that everything was fine.

Clean and simple

location convenient for arrival by train, also useful car parking space. Reasonable value for money if you are looking for a basic place to stay with family. Fine for visiting Bordeaux if using public transport

stressful check-in, we were advised to phone someone who didnt speak english to arrange check-in, so it was challenging to get the right info about where the car parking was. The apartment was quite dark and not as nice as the photos represented. Additionaly the bedrooms have very low ceiling beams, which both my partner (185cm tall) and my mother (165cm tall) hit their heads on. Bar stools very wobbly and unsafe. The bath had no plug and the shower head did not attach to the wall, so you cant fill the bath, or have a shower without holding the shower head. Linen was provided on request but we had to make the beds ourselves. Although there is a nice square at the end of the street we felt quite far away from the action of Bordeaux.

Great location for moving around Bordeaux by public transport. Accommodation was as described and comfortable. Great holiday.

There was a nice cheese shop and bakery up the road

Very over priced for the flat, not clean, found a condom left in the bathroom, heater hanging off the wall, electric sockets hanging, very cheap glasses - I broke one drying it, had to give 500 euros cash for deposit! I knelt on the wooden floor and it made a hole in my trousers. Couldn't open the bedroom window. The lights are all connected so can't turn one off as all go off. Needs to be repainted definitely for the price I paid !! Some home improvements too like plugs fitted properly !!! For the next person renting don't worry I cleaned it properly! Nails coming out of the stairs, definitely not child or animal friendly!

The price was reasonable for the property, good facilities kettle toaster oven etc.

There wasn’t much space for clothes as the owners had filled most draws. Also I would have expected the price to include cleaning but we were asked for an additional 30 euros.
