This apartment was located in the most beautiful location, we could walk to restaurants, bars, shops, trains etc

Even with a fan the sun the apartment was ridiculously hot and we couldn’t pull the blinds up to let air in. The fan was helpful but even when turned on at night it was roasting.

Fabulous location & view, overlooking the river. plS Spacious & clean, very nice apartment for a couple to stay.

It was advertised as sleeping up to 3 due to a sofa bed in the Lou he… it was a corner sofa, not a bed! no pillows for that’s s it was uncomfortable, so the ad should be accurate and state it’s a large sofa. The biggest concern for us was arriving later evening after a long diversion on the motorway (5 junctions of the M1 weee closed).. no safe key box, the key has been left with one of the staff at the pbar below… we only just arrived in time to catch her before she went home, to pick up the key!! (very stressful) Once we dis manage to let ourselves in to the main lobby & upstairs to the apartment, we had to guess which door as no number on the key.. just glad it was the first apartment we came to, especially with it being so late we would t have wanted to scare someone by rattling the key on the wrong door! The dishwasher also had dirty contents on when we arrived & no dishwashers tablets, just an empty box

A Superb location, well equipped apartment. Amazing view of the River Thames. Felt as though we residents of Richmond in the lovely apartment. Easy collection of keys 3 mins walk from apartment.

Super location & excellent facilities

Location and view is excellent. The host David really stepped up as the booking had not added our child, he sent bedding in an Uber immediately which we collected outside, that is going the extra mile for the customer and was greatly appreciated

The pick up of keys from wasn’t easy as you had to park on a busy street, and find the pick up store, plus parking not being close made it difficult with all luggage. Thankfully the apartment was vet good once we got inside.

Lovely little place, fantastic on a sunny afternoon! Great view.

Fantastic view of the River Thames. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Great value for money. Near lots of pubs and restaurants and lovely walks on the river. Excellent hosts who met us at the apartment and provided valuable information about free car parking nearby.

The apartment is just above the Pitcher & Piano pub. There was limited noise from the bar in the evenings but when we stayed people could only drink outside so no late nights or noise from inside. So could be an issue post lock down but it wasn't a problem for us.
