Somewhat NOISY however as there is some issue with the door buzzer thing going off randomly and a lot overnight whenever it rained/thunderstrom. Not sure what that was about. Also would have liked to have a top sheet on the bed, not just a duvet I could never work out the TV. Instructions for that would have been helpful in the instruction book. Lamp in the lounge room did not work at all. It isnt the globe as I put the new one in, and still didnt work, (noth the one at desk, but the other one). Also very difficult to open the windows and desperately needed the fresh air, as was very stuffy without them open. Once I worked it out it was good.

Brilliant location in central Richmond opposite the Old Town Hall with a view down to the Thames. It’s a compact apartment but everything we needed for a comfortable week’s break in London.

Excellent location wonderful studio. Property has all the facilities you would ever need. We enjoyed it very much.

Electrical panel/cupboard should not be in the bedroom. We found this a bit strange.

Really nice studio in the heart of Richmond, 9 mins walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants, bars/pubs and shops around. The studio itself was very cozy and clean, everything was planned to the very last detail there and you could find anything you need for a comfortable stay.

Not sure if this is a good option for business travellers. After the studio was booked, I got an email from the host about a €500 deposit that needs to be paid through a 3rd party link, which made me a little uncomfortable as it almost makes you think it might be a scam. Luckily it wasn't, however please be aware that the 3rd party gives you 2 options - authorize a deposit + unrefundable €10 fee that you pay out of your pocket, or alternatively you can pay a waiver of €35 euros. As there's no invoice for this, it is very invonvenient if you travel for business and then need to claim you expenses back. Please also be aware that to get an invoice for your stay, again if you need it for business purposes, might take 15 to 30 days, which is a very long wait. Perfect place if you travel for pleasure, not so convenient if you travel for business.

Main areas like kitchen and bathroom were clean, but elsewhere was so dusty. I sent photos of all the dust and the state of my slippers that collected the dust but because i did not send these on the 1st day you rejected my complaints as "I could have caused this'. There is no way I could have caused the dust in my pictures in a 5 day stay, which had clearly gathered over weeks/months, and I am shocked and dismayed at the response.

Next to busy road and the stairs are quite steep for a heavy case. The instructions on where to leave the rubbish was a little vague.
