Baia și terasa au fost execrabile.Mirosul din baie intră în dormitor și nu puteai sta.Am stat doar o noapte ,deși plătisem 2 nopți.Personalul se prefăcea ca nu înțelege situația.
Baia și terasa.Am solicitat un anume tip de apartament,însă nu s-a ținut cont.

Very good complex, near the sea, equipped with all you need for household and kitchen activities. The roof terrace is fantastic.

near the beach but despite pictures there is a building behind the other so if unlucky you will be there
checkin- arrived before 6pm but no one for checkin except security / concierge who doesn’t speak English - no conversation at all. next day, impossible to see anyone. no info about the service, swimming pool or touristic info. parking was supposed to exist but if unlucky no space available- we have to pay 10leva per day extra. we wanted to report few things but impossible as no one shows up.

Overall the place looks like in the pictures: pools, beach, flowers, and nicely cut grass and bushes. The personnel including cleaning ladies, guards and managers, was always friendly and eager to help.

We can highly recommend the roof top penthouse at Byala Vista Cliff Apartments. It was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed and the view from the rooftop is just awesome!
The location was perfect for us. Quiet & peaceful early season can imagine it's much livelier in the summer. The long sandy beach was stunning and perfect for walking and for families. Everything you need is within walking distance.
We would definitely go again.
The pool wasn't open, which was disappointing, we wish we had been informed. It looked as though it needs maintenance, so may not be open anytime soon. But the season is off to a late start, so wasn't quite warm enough for swimming. Also all the bars, restaurants & shops nearby were unopen, but this wasn't a problem for us, we went away to escape everything and relax and do very little. I would recommend checking everything is open before booking if going before or after summer months.

The apartment is close to the beach and it has a great terrace from where you can admire the sea. You can find a shower and sunbeds and also a table with chairs. We were in the off season (middle of April), so we didn't use them. There is a big fridge and another one smaller. The kitchen is well equipped including coffee machine. Great water pressure in the bathroom which was also equipped with towels, shampoo and soap.
We didn't have garbage bags and toilet paper. Maybe just because it's off season I don't know why. There is no sea view from the apartment, only from the terrace which is outside the apartment. There is a stair outside which goes to the terrace. The pillows are very thin. Maybe you should change them.

Magnificent sea views, very clean and incredibly spacious apartment with modern interior and furnishings. The complex was well laid out, clean with friendly staff. Very nice pool with adequate sun loungers.
The amount of steps proved a bit challenging for one of our party who has mobility issues, but she coped.
I didn't like leaving!!

air conditioning inside the room was barely working, no air conditioning in the bedroom so it was hot like hell in there. no changing of towels and bedsheets, no cleaning service, the floor was dirty when we arrived there

Location was very nice, the pool is nice size, the bar is well managed. The apartment is a good size, the kitchen is well equipped.
The apartment was clean except for the floor, which was very dirty (don't understand why??!?!). There was a mop in the apartment, so I have proceeded to wipe the floor the minute we arrived. No changing towels during our stay (8 nights).

Good location but not the front beach. Still 300 m to go to the beach.
Some small details: As a penthouse expectations are normally high. Inside the cabin shower it's no place to put shampoo or soap, shower sink was very slow, busted lights on the terrace, no cushions for the lounges,though some they do have at other penthouses around. I wpuld say it's missing the premium feel which supposed to be there.

The terrace of the penthouse was nice.
We booked an apartment with terrace and a "balcony with view;" however, it turned out that it was a balcony with view of the parking lot. Not as described! When we arrived, the fridge was not working. It was switched out quickly, but the broken fridge just stood in the hallway for 3-4 days. The lock to our door stopped working. It took 2 and a half hours and three "specialists" to destroy the lock and install a new one. The shower is not sealed properly. Water comes out of the cabin and floods the entire bathroom. Water is also not draining properly.

Great and comfortable appartment. Perfecty locatwd place just at seaside. Nice and helpfull staff.

The view from the room was wonderful
Although it was mentioned that we have parking, we did not find a place beside of the first day, otherwise we had to leave the car on the street, quite risky and difficult for a family with baby and a lot of luggage.
The shower was another inconvenience, it was broken and the water spilled in all directions.
