Nice pool nice rooms and amazing helpful workers and breakfast

The location is good.

Lack of an AC. The room was too hot.

The view from our room was exceptional because of the pool and the staff was very friendly. We want to thank Susan and Khamisi and the rest of the staff (I cannot remember their names) for their warm welcome and making us comfortable. Thank you once again. We will definitely book our stay with you again.

The pool and the stuff

The internet connection is not good. From the bedroom it wasn’t working and from the pool better but not working well all the time

The team were super helpful and kind. They are an asset to the establishment. The location is super if you are operating in the Nyali area. It is clean and efficient facility.

I wish guests could access the facility without bothering the staff to open the gate. It felt like an inconvenience to the team. Maybe devise a way to have access to the other entrance too. I had to fish for information like the TV not working or what the wifi password was. The latter should be present in the room constantly. Wifi could have been better in the room.

Very relaxing in a quiet,safe, and secure location. Walking distance to shops and Beach. Great staff value for money.

The restaurant next door small serves and 0ne and half hour wait.

Handy location for Nyali. The road to the property is in very poor condition. It offers basic accommodation. Definitely no frills, but that's reflected in the price.

The property could do with a lick of paint and some maintenance.

Super nice and helpful staff. Poolside rooms. 10 mins walk to beach. Quiet environment.

No A/C. Breakfast not included in room rate, available on request with extra charge. Water pressure for the overhead shower is a bit too low.
