Food was good, room was clean, the staff was friendly, the farm is wonderful

They are totally understaffed or at least they didn't expect that many customers when we visited. Staff was friendly but tired and it took a lot to receive our order in the restaurant.

On Sunday the restaurant closed earlier than the written timetable and you don t have a lot of choices around :)

I have reach at the hotel on the 20jan , as i have booked 2rooms to stay. I reach a beat early then expected time on the booking at 3pm.( as i did not checked particularly on the reservation that is at 3pm , i knew it from my previous travel, as i am a frequent traveler that the check-in at the hotels worldwide is between 12 to 2pm. When i was at the reception i have to wait almost for 30min and ask few of the staff working there, if there is anyone avalabile at the reseption to do our check in. After almost of 25 -30 min waithing in the car with a small baby, a lady is approaching us, and without any consolidation on our wasted time, without any excuse or professionalism through the clients, she exposed her unpleasant satisfaction that we parked inside the courtyard of the hotel, and that the check-in is at 3pm( and to check on the website) . Indeed , that moment i open my reservation and checked, and found out that the check-in was at 3pm , and the check out next day was at 9Am next morning. So im approaching again the lady, who presented her self as the manager of the property (Ms. Nicoleta Dragulescu) , and am asking her, through which policy she is following for the check-in at 3pm, and check-out at 9Am. And she is showing me on her wall , a small paper , that the check-out is at 11am , And im trying to explain her, that the paper on the wall its not synchronising with the confirmation i have through the website. And she responded to me that is not her problem that on my reservation its not showing. And secondly i ask where is the apology for our wasted time? She replyed that she was busy checking the cleanliness of the rooms which is much more a priority for her, ( and am asking so, the clients are not a priority for you)? After , that we have waisted almost 30min in the car with a small baby , you are saying that the priority is the cleanliness or the rooms?

The location is great, right in the middle of the nature. There are two pools available, one for adults and one for kids, which is great. The food is amazing. All food! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, all made from local products that taste heavenly and the price for the food is also very good.

We stayed at the upper floor in the main building and did not have any hot water. Neither during the day, nor in the evening. We were there with our 1 year old baby and would have liked to wash him properly in the evening, especially after bathing him in the pool, but were not able to, as the water was very very cold. I tried it at different hours, thibking that maybe a lot of people are usong it, but without any luck. Next morning, I went to the bathroom downstairs (the one in the restaurant) and there was hot water there. The room was ok I would say. The furniture is not new and the bathrooms are old-ish, but it was clean and had a good size.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The menu of the restaurant it could be improved. For example it would be great to have also pizza and pasta. Otherwise the food was good.

At 9 pm restaurant and bar was closed and no chance to buy a bottle of water or beer or something to eat only 1 gardener in all place nothing to do after 9 pm Thousand of mosquitoes ,they make me a lot of injuries on my skin Never come back
