Due to a previous apartment, not belonging to the owners, not being able to be habitable, we had to change at short notice.
The owners were able to accommodate us at short notice, help us with our bags and ensured that we were looked after during our stay.
I would highly recommend this apartment.

The location was good but also not! Very close to a noisy train line but also very close to Gunwharf quays. Barry who owns the apartment was helpful when he met us and helped with our luggage etc.
Poor quality beds. Bathroom had black mould around the bath and smelt foisty. We were told it had a sea view which is a bit of stretch as you could see the sea slightly from a side window! It definitely was not the apartment we had booked as it definitely was not a 9.5 superb! The train line was very close by and kept us awake whilst it was running. It was so bad we returned home a day early rather than spend another night there!! Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money.

it was a beautiful apartment and couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay. its right by everything and had the best weekend I’ve had in a long time. Barry was such a lovely host and was so helpful and it wasn’t any bother if I had to contact him and had any questions

Great location by Gunwharf Quays and the historic dockyard, and very convenient for Portsmouth Harbour station. We were in a standard apartment but had a view of the Warrior from one of the windows. Very clean and generally comfortable. Either soundproofing in the building is excellent or all the neighbours were away, we didn't hear a thing from other flats. Barry was very efficient at meeting us and letting us in.
A few small details - no bath plug, not a lot of small plates, no dish draining rack (and no dishwasher). But they were only niggles.

A superb location. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, harbour station and historic dockyard. Great view of spinnaker and sea. Also apartment and kitchen had everything you would need provided. Owner met us to hand over key...all very easy. Would def stay here again.

it was amazing stay location is fabulous. and Barry was so kind he waited for us in the front of main exist explained everything to us in and out the property . he was super kind friendly helpful. the flat was clean comfortable easy access to everything rest , shops … etc

We were met at the property by Barry and got a very detailed introduction to the flat. There were a lot of extra services we did not expect. The flat gave a very homey feeling and the view was amazing.
Dedicated parking was also a great benefit.
The only point that was a small negative was that due to the great location close to the outlet centre, people need to be aware that there could be some noise at the weekend. But it was fine latest at midnight.

Great location. Quiet, comfortable apartment in a very secure building. Good views from the sitting room and balcony. Host met us on site to show us around apartment. Lots of good restaurants and pubs very nearby, and close to Historic Dockyard. A great stay.

The location was spot on for attending the Victorious Festival at Southsea and the fantastic selection of quality shopping outlets and food and drink options on the doorstep literally. Only 5 minutes walk from Portsmouth Harbour Station too

Only thing was that it could do with a few more kitchen utensils (cheese grater, garlic press etc)
