War alles sehr sauber
Den Ventilator vom Badezimmer hört man leider im Schlafzimmer. Für mich war das Geräusch sehr unangenehm

Top Lage zur Therme Erding

Bord, stolar, soffa behöver skruvas fast. Allt höll på att ramla ihop.

Check-In sehr unkompliziert, alles wie beschrieben, sehr nah zur Therme, großes Appartement.
Eher spartanisch eingerichtet (entspricht aber dem Preis), sehr kalter Fußboden.

Die Lage zur Therme Erding ist phänomenal. Am Hof gelegen hat das Gebäude einen super schönen Charme. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Sehr große Ferienwohnung. Da wir zu viert vor Ort waren hatte sogar jeder sein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Kaffee war vorhanden. Wir konnten die Wohnung spät Abends selbst beziehen, was super war, da wir am Anreisetag noch Arbeiten mussten. Bad und Betten waren sauber. Dachflächenfenster wurden auch schon länger nicht mehr geputzt.
Der Geschirrspüler wurde schon lang nicht mehr richtig sauber gemacht. Außerdem mussten wir diesen bei Anreise erstmal ausräumen, da hier noch Geschirr drin war. Das Geschirr, vor allem das Besteck war nicht das sauberste! Die Waschmaschine haben wir nicht benutzt, aber diese hat auch eine dringende Reinigung nötig.
In der Gesamten Ferienwohnung gab es keinen einzigen Rauchmelder! Die Rauchmelderpflicht in Bayern ist schon sehr lange eingeführt! Daher hatte ich vor allem beim schlafen immer ein ungutes Gefühl.
Für mich steht auch die eigene Sicherheit bei einem Kurzurlaub im Vordergrund, daher würde ich dort erst wieder Buchen wenn hier nachgerüstet wurde!

Das Personal war unpersöhnlich. Außer ein "ja" oder "nein" hat man leider keine Antwort bekommen

The place was used for two nights after some long flights.
The room was clean and comfortable to stay in.
It was in a quiet area and plenty to do for the kids to have a run around.
There is a great thermal swimming place in walking distance
There is nothing really close to the place. Everything is about 5km away
Very hard to communicate. Didn't really know who was a guest or who lived there. It was more a residence / camp site set up.

The kids loved playing in the hay stack. Actually this is only meant for birthday parties, but we sneaked in.
There is no professional welcome. The owner is sort if nice, but very awkward. The cleaners seem to live on-site and stared at us weird. We felt like intruders the whole time.

The location was just across a field from Therme Erding. Parking is free at Therme Erding so we still drove but you could walk. It was an easy drive to the MUC airport. I didn’t realize when I booked the apartment it is on a farm. No animals but lots of hay and equipment. They had a cool hay barn and go karts for kids birthday parties, so neat.
The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. There are plenty of nice windows so although there is no AC, we slept well. The washer worked great and clothes dried fast on the deck. But because it’s on a farm there were lots of flies. Be careful to use the windows with the screens only!
The Wi-Fi was broken the entire time we were there. Some gentleman came by to look at it but he didn’t look like he knew anything about technology.
The only two staff we saw were him and one curmudgeon like gentleman who checked us in. Neither spoke English, which was fine but considering the setting I expected a friendly welcoming staff, oh well.
The apartment itself was great though, lovely to have coffee, tea, honey stocked and fresh eggs for purchase. I would definitely return!
Wi-Fi did not work and was not fixed.

Cozy, spacious, well equipped and in a very good position to go to the thermal baths. Nice atmosphere overall. Comfortable beds and rooms
The host did not speak English at all nor did try to really communicate with us in any other warm way, but apart from that there was no problem at all, everything was in place and easy to find.

Great location, good heating system. Very clean and tidy place. Everything you need for a family break. Close to the Therme Spa.
Good playground for children.
