Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die viele Tips gegeben hat. Tolle Lage, kurzer Weg zur Therme. Viel Platz zum Parken. Sehr moderne Einrichtung, es gab sogar Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine und Duschbad, welches toll roch. Da kann man nichts besser machen. Gerne wieder

-Ruhige Lage auf einem Bauernhof
- Die Einrichtung mit Küche hat alles was man braucht um es sich gemütlich zu machen.
- Sehr nette Chefin die einem fast jeden Wunsch erfüllt und gute Tips hat wie man in Zusammenhang mit einem Thermenbesuch auch noch Geld sparen kann.
- Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe so wie kurze Entfernung zur Therme und nach Erding.

Als erstes wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und das einchecken ging sehr schnell. Die Betreiberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Dann bezogen wir ein modernes, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile, der es an nichts mangelt.
Das Bad hatte ebenfalls eine schöne Größe und war sauber.
Einziges Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war recht groß und super ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war super nett. Tolle Infos und Tipps. Alles in allem ein gelungenes Wiesn Wochenende mit meinen Kindern.

Price was for an apartment but it was a room with a small kitchen, so too expensive for what it was. You could hear other guests through the walls so you were worried they could hear you too, we had to get up early for a hockey tournament on the weeknd when others normally sleep later.

Everything was exceptional. Great peaceful and cosy environment. Family atmosphere. Our host was very kind and helpful.
Ironing facilities could have been helpful.

The location was beautiful and very convenient for visiting Therme Erding. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with everything we could have needed for a longer stay. The host was really lovely and very kind, accomodating a late check-in and being extremely understanding when we got the check-out time wrong. She made sure we knew where we were going and made local recommendations. We look forward to the oportunity to stay here again in the future.
The cleaner had failed to put towels in the room, but this was very swiftly rectified. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Central location from the airport, Therme Erding and Munich. Quiet neighborhood and clean rooms. Nice touch with extra towels and complimentary bottle og water.

Clean and comfortable. Stuff very friendly and helpful in giving indication on how to reach different Munich points. Perfect for traveling with kids. Close to S-bahn.

I was there with my husband, baby and another couple. The rooms are super clean, everything is new and the bed was huge and super comfortable. the kitchen is very well equipped and the owner is super nice! There is a lot of space outside, we were able to play ball with our daughter and run around. supermarkets and 2 restaurants in walking distance. we are defiently coming back!
