This house is pretty perfect! Beautiful grounds, lovely indoor and outdoor spaces, nicely decorated and well equipped. We found all the appliances particularly easy to use and very functional, the toaster was our absolute favourite! Importantly, beds were all very comfortable.
Location pretty much perfect for us also, easy stroll to Hastings Street and the beach, easy parking in the garage provided and basically close to all attractions and amenities Noosa and surrounds have to offer by foot or by car.
Linda couldn't have been better to deal with, a delightful hostess.
Happy to return in a heartbeat!

We had a great time staying in Noosa Sound. The quiet cul-de-sac meant the kids could scooter all day and even into town as it was so close.

The pool was a terrific advantage with a toddler. No need to bust a gut to find a parking spot at the beach! (Though only a 10 minute walk). Close enough to enjoy all that Noosa has to offer, but far enough to savour the quietude of the country. I loved sitting on the porch reading a book, dunking in the pool as it heated up… even in the rain! Would def come here again. Our host Linda was always available to talk to if needed.

This was a fantastic experience. The house is so conveniently close to Hasting st. The two car garage meant we didn’t need to move our cars for the whole week. Every detail has been thoughtfully organised by our lovely host Linda who checked on us by phone regularly making sure we were ok.
The beautiful poolside was a favourite for the teens. Books, dvds, board games kept us entertained at night…

Communication was great from Linda. The house was clean and well appointed. Very spacious with multiple living areas and great deck overlooking the large pool. The location is very good with a short flat stroll to Noosa main beach and Hastings St. We had a lovely stay.

The house is exactly as described, well setup for a family or families and the location is absolutely perfect - short and flat walk in to Noosa.

Great house in quiet location close to the beach
A great family house which is in a quiet street but within a short walk to Hastings street and the beach.
We went with 4 teenage kids and they enjoyed it as there was plenty of lounges/tv space and a pool

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Linda’s beautiful home. The house is very well equipped, particularly if you are staying with small children. The location is excellent, being at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and a very easy walk to Hastings St. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect Noosa House
We were fortunate enough to secure this property during a Covid lockdown in both Sydney and Melbourne as we were coming from regional Victoria. The changing landscape of Covid restrictions should have made the booking process very stressful- thanks to Linda ( host) it didn’t. She was very accommodating and flexible with our need to change dates and flights whilst we waited on zones to change from red to orange. The house is spacious and comfortable with a lovely private and protected garden that catches the morning sun. Hastings street is a 10 minute walk away without any hills. The house is ideal for larger groups (we are a family of 6) with separate zones for outdoor and indoor relaxing or entertaining. We didn’t meet our host Linda, but received a very friendly welcome by phone and she was very helpful throughout our stay.

Often you need to moderate your expectations of what it looks like online versus the actual but in this case it was exactly the same. Linda was a perfect host with handy local tips and went out of her to help find the perfect venue for our sons 21st. Relaxed Regenerated in Style
Our Stay was amazing. This property was perfect. We were looking for something private quiet and with a private pool. While this was a large house for 2 people to stay we absolutely loved it. We were looking to relax read a book and just unwind and this place allowed us to do that. Linda is an amazing host who was very generous. Fabulous property, perfect location and great for families.
Our Noosa holiday in Linda’s house was fantastic, very quiet and private, an easy 5 minute walk to Hastings St and the beach, and it has all the amenities you need. Great space for our family of 5 adults, with plenty of areas to escape from each other, including 4 bedrooms, 3 living areas and a huge pool. Linda is an exceptional host, wonderful communication and always available. We will definitely be returning to this home for our next Noosa holiday.

This is a beautiful home!
Very comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, plenty of living space and a pool to die for.
We spent mornings by the beach or shops which were a 5 minute flat walk (with young childeren)
Glorious afternoons by the pool and some nights barbequed or we would stroll into Hastings Street for dinner.
This was truly a wonderful family holiday and I’m sure we’ll be back.

A group of 8 single girls thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Met all our expectations & beautiful aspect.
As requested prior to booking, we needed extra bedding for two people. Upon arrival a roll away and a single mattress were in place.
Given the size of the house, we thought an extra fridge would be of assistance.
Also in the past with an 8 day stay, we’ve always had a mid week clean. As the need arose, we maintained the property.
Overall, a very comfortable property , close proximity to the beach and Hastings Street yet maintaining a high level of privacy. An ideal holiday destination and thank you.

We had an amazing stay in this property, with an extended family group. It was beautifully appointed, and very spacious. It had every amenity to make our holiday an enjoyable one. We loved that it had a number of sitting rooms...perfect for the tv watchers, AND the readers in the group. The books, dvds and games provided were all accessed during our stay. The location was perfect...away from the hustle and bustle, but only a short flat walk to Hastings St, with restaurants and shops aplenty, and to the beautiful Main Beach. Our host was truly wonderful in making sure that all of our needs were attended to. I would definitely recommend this property for a family holiday. Thanks for a great stay!

Our combined families enjoyed a lovely stay at this serene Noosa property. The owner was very informative and accessible, the kitchen was well equipped which was ideal for our keen cooks and the facilities were very clean. The pool was fresh but combined with the beautiful gardens provided the tranquil ambience for our Autumn holiday. The property was very suitable for our combination of eight adults as we all managed to find our own space for relaxation. The property does have linen provided, however hand towels and a couple more tea towels would be very useful. Our only other criticism (from the gentlemen in our party) was that there was NO foxtel sport channel. We would highly recommend this property and will differently stay here again. Fiona

We all fell in love with this home. It’s beautiful with plenty of room for 8 adults to spread out in. We were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen is and that there are 3 separate lounge rooms to enjoy. We all loved the outdoor entertaining area and pool. You couldn’t ask for a better positioned home with Hastings Street and the main beach and restaurants a leisurely stroll down the road. Our hostess Linda was wonderful she made sure we were armed with information about restaurants shopping and other great things to do and see. All of us are definitely coming back to this beautiful home in this fabulous location. Many thanks for allowing us to enjoy this amazing home.
