The apartment is a short walk from the centre of Tours, across the road from a lovely city park. The apartment is in the upper storey with the original half timber acrchitecture incorporated into the modern facilities. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. There was no on-site parking, but parking in the surrounding streets is free. The staff were proactive about contacting us with the entry codes.

Everything about this property was great. Clear instructions about everything, from opening the building door and getting the keys, to how the appliances work. On this point, the information web pages that Central Parc provide are really useful, although this assumes you have internet access and, as a backup, a folder in the room with key information would be helpful. The room was clean, quiet, spacious and had everything that we needed. The outlook onto the park is tranquil and the location is just a short walk from the centre of Tours.

The appartment was spaceios, clean, had all the facilities needed. Big table, all the dishes needed, dishwasher, machine wash, great bathroom, spacios living room.

The toilets were situated in the opposite side of the apprtment from the bedroom and the bathroom so in the night you have to go to the other side of the appartment in order to use the toilet. There was no water tap and sink in the toilet so after using it you must go to the kitchen or bathroom in the bedroom to wash your hands. That is not likely at all.

Heating works a bit strange, someone's it was a bit cold in the room.

The apartment was very clean with many provided amenities. It was wonderful to have all the information provided digitally for appliances and to have a contactless check in/out which made it very easy! Location was great and had a wonderful view of the park across the street. Ample street parking available too!

Everything was wonderful! If I had to pick something I would say the towels were a little rough, but that's to be expected with hotels/rentals.

Stylish serviced studio, which has everything. The nespresso kaffee machine and the washing maching are very useful. The girl in the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

The only thing which we had problem is the bed, very soft, small and short. For tall people like us, we had to pay attention not to fall out of the bed in the night.

Location, location, location! Easy walking neighborhood. close to many conveniences. Across the street from a beautiful park. Onsite parking was very convenient.

The host was over accommodating. She was faultless . She went out of her way to greet us ( we were late getting to the property)

Everything is great here!

Very comfortable clean rooms. We rented before and after a 4 day bike tour that was supposed to be upgraded to "luxury". Both rooms we stayed in were much nicer than any room we stayed in on our upgraded tour. The rooms both had laundry available which was very handy.

It is a bit of a walk to the restaurant/bar areas.

Door code sent via WhatsApp and numbers didn’t originally show on my phone. Sorted it out eventually!

Lovely flat, good amenities. It was very pleasant to have dinner on the ground floor terrace. Great location just beside the beautiful park and just a short walk to the grocery store on the corner of Avenue de Grammont.

The dishwasher was temperamental, but we couldn't be sure whether it was working as it was supposed to because there were no instructions.

Everything we might have needed was thoughtfully provided, incl washing machine tablets & coffee. Beautiful, well planned, smelled lovely, nice bed, great location. We stayed in a small suite on the top floor, with a view over a park. Flexible access to the building, free parking on the streets by the hotel.

Location in quiet neighborhood with close walk to city core, AC, spacious apt, booking company good with communications, has secure prk garage or free street parking..

Key retrieval difficult. Couldn't remove from box. Had to take key off keyring to obtain & no staff on premises on Sundays. Toilet Bathroom needs garbage & has no sink--- on otherside of apt, not adjoining main bathroom.

The code to open the front door was sent to me by email and the instructions were very clear. Then, there was somebody to handle us the key of our room. The place is beautiful, pristine. You can tell they have invested a lot to renovate the place beautifully. The room is small but extremely functional and with good quality appliances. It's pretty and simple. The A/C is perfect and quiet. The area is quiet too, next to a nice public garden, and it's easy and safe to park the car outside.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable and with a lighter cover.
