Location was good, we deliberately chose a hotel out of the centre, so we could park and travelling with a dog , staff were friendly and helpful

Very much a transit hotel, basic as they come, noisy, but did the job. Breakfast was good.
Surprisingly tricky to get an evening meal, The hotel restaurant was closed, and the nearby restaurants were all full. We ended up with takeaway food.

The maid opened the door whilst we were still in bed and I was charged twice in error.

Great location for amenities , the city and restaurants. Staff were really helpful when I had a problem with my care (5*). Asked for an additional pillow, this was not a problem and was delivered to our room promptly. Good breakfast and I loved the coffee machine. My wife and I stayed here on our way down to Gascony. The room we stayed in then was not as good as the one we stayed in on this occasion, it was like a different hotel. Air conditioning was great. I would stay here again.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. It was useful that staff could speak English.Gave useful information about restaurants and the city. Very helpful staff at breakfast. Good breakfast. Good parking facilities. Great location, close to shops and the city.
Not all the lights worked in the room. There was a slight odour downstairs. Towels were clean but were off white

Towels need refreshing!! Pillows not good.. Air con didn't work, which I had paid extra for!.

The room was fine, clean and comfortable.
The gentleman in the dining room was very helpful at dinner and the breakfast was ample in the morning.
The receptionist at checkout insisted we hadn't paid and tried to make us pay again, despite me producing my paid receipt from booking .com. There was no apology when she found we were right.

The hotel is in a good location for a stop off on our journey. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The dinner was very good and a good price and the breakfast was also very good.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Bedroom clean, bed comfortable. Hotel in commercial zone so nights are very quiet. Overall hotel is very satisfactory.
Breakfast: Coffee machine broken but it happens. No salt and pepper for scrambled eggs, no ketchup. Continental breakfast like in many other hotels. Some local products like cottage cheese but it is not mentioned (waitress told me), maybe worth put forward on small cards.

the room was smaller than we thought it would be , and was very cold when we arrived , we put on the heater and was warm when we returned from dinner. this could have been done by the hotel and would have set a different welcome.

Very nice staff. Clean bedroom. Kettle in the room with coffee and tea. Quiet sleep. Location very convenient. Never tried this hotel before but will surely come back for next business trips.
Cold room on arrival. The "Salade Tourangelle" was with smoked bacon pieces instead of "rillons" which is a faux pas for the regional gastronomy.

We had a suite comprising of a lounge, bathroom and bedroom with a large and comfortable bed. The breakfasts were very good with a choice of cereals, fresh and dried fruits and nuts, cold meats and cheese and a hot buffet, along with a range of bread and jams. There were plenty of restaurants within a 10minute walk should you decide not to use the restaurant in the evening.

The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was good.The breakfast was well laid out very fresh and lots of choice. The best we have had while travelling.
We are glad we had the breakfast as we had a long car journey ahead.
The staff that we met were all friendly and helpful.

Very quiet location despite proximity of large shopping centre.
Despite the closure of the restaurant on Saturday and Sunday evenings and also that of other local ones, we managed to find a few remaining open locally in the shopping centre.
