Great location, comfortable apartment and very nice and helpful host

The location was great for our purpose.

The sofa beds were uncomfortable and the beds were not made for the number of persons we booked the apartment for. So we were a bit disappointed with that. However, the rest of the apartment was comfortable

Very effective and fast way to get the keys. The entire apartment was spotless clean. Very easy to reach from the city centre within 10 minutes by bus/train. Very good and recommendable option for a short stay in Leipzig.

Nothing much not to like. The apartment has basic furniture and everything You need for a short stay.

No breakfast but someone did leave sugar, salt, oil and coffee filters. The rooms are large and simply furnished.

There were only two hangers for the closets. not enough! I was in apartment Nr one and there is a bizarre ledge separating the bedroom and kitchen! Dangerous in the dark.

The apartment was really big for one person, clean, the host welcomed me and gave the key on time. Good location Will be glad to return!

location was a bit of a problem, but there are frequent trams to and from city centre.

It was a big apartment with fully equipped kitchen, quite comfortable in general. I called when I arrive and it took 5 min for them to show up to hand it the keys. For check-out I just needed to place them in a key box. The apartment was very close to tram lines 7 and 8, 15-min ride to the center, and S-train. There was also a supermarket quite close and some eateries around.

The reception was closed when I arrived so I needed to call them to get the keys. The wifi connection was really poor, most of the times I needed to use my data roaming. I went for work so in that sense it was annoying not having a good internet connection. It would be nice having an iron in the apartment.

Excellent value for money. A cozy apartment in an old house, has everything you need, a small kitchen with a full set of accessories (a coffee maker was very pleased), a shower room, a bedroom. Good location 10 min by tram to the center. The only wish is to add slippers and a hairdryer if possible.

Our second visit to the same apartment block. This time the apartment was even bigger but a floor above.

It was a spacious apartment and quite quirky which we liked. Quiet neighbourhood with convenient street parking. Tram to city centre close by.

The location was quite ok.

Pictures on the wall. Because my kids felt quite strange. They asked me a lot of questions about the meaning of these pictures. Better you should hang some nature or Leipzig photos itself.

The location was great! The apartment had even toys for our son! We could cook a small dinner: great!

The only thing was that the tramway was very very loud: maybe the property could offer some ear plugs for the guests: that would help, especially in summer when you close the windows only reluctantly.

Nothing. And after this disastrous stay, I requested some compensation, and they denied. They are the worst stay I ever had in Germany. I had cleaner places in hostels in the countryside of 3o. world countries.

The flat was full of dirt and hair all over the bathroom walls and beds. There was also some brown stuff on the shower box that I can't tell what it was for sure. And has products from the previous guests like those toilet wipes (opened and dried out, of course) and no toilet paper whatsoever. The flat had a wet dog smell since minute 1. And I complained and got an answer, "we cleaned only the room you are staying". I was shocked! And they did nothing besides changing 1 of the bedsheets on the other room A disaster. It was simply a disaster. EDIT: And now, to this answer from the property: 1- I have proof that I never asked for 3 beds, and I'm adding the conversations here. I just asked why the extra bed was full of other people's hair. 2- I never requested full shower gel. I only pointed out that it was used products from an older guest, which you can see on the original review. 3- I asked for the late checking, and it was fine. Ask the person who gave me the key if you don't believe me. And I never said arrival time, so how can I be late? So this is also a lie. 4- And the 2 rolls of toilet paper was a choice by the property after I arrived to almost 0 toilet paper for 2 nights and I complained because OMG! The only thing you said that is true is the extra pillow. Is that such a crime that I deserve to be punished by a nasty, dirty flat that I paid 100 euros per 2 night? I don't think so.    I wish the responsible for this place just accept that the service is bad and improve it. But I guess that even this is asking too much.

The reception was very nice and was not hard to find the house. The cost free parking outside wa overwhelming and I was also pleased by the quietness of the place...very peaceful!!!
