Very clean and nice! The photos don’t do it justice. Hosts are excellent and very responsive. Helped immediately with a power issue during a storm and even brought us extra beach towels. Towels and sheets changed daily. Very comfortable beds. Amazing to fall asleep to the sounds of waves.
Narrow road down to property, but has good parking nearby. No stores/ restaurants open down the hill when we were there, so make sure to bring water/ groceries down with you.

The location cannot be beaten and the authenticity of staying in an old boathouse was amazing. I liked that the owners have kept the authentic vibe with original tiles and furnishings.
It would be nice to be able to park closer to the property.

Amazing location right on the waterfront with beautiful mornings and sunset. It was lovely to sit outside in the early mornings and enjoy the day come to life. The property manager Dimitris was a delight with lots of good advice.
We didn’t expect so many other tourists to be walking along the waterfront right on our doorstep and found that a bit invasive. The chairs and table out front were very idyllic to look at but extremely uncomfortable to sit on. It would have been really nice with more comfortable chairs. Also the house lacked a wine bottle opener and the knives were very dull, surprising as the owner runs a restaurant in Plaka.

Our host Dimitris was so lovely and welcoming. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us alot. Which was so nice.
Having fresh fruit, juice and water already there on arrival was a lovely homely touch. We settled right in and felt at home immediately!
The only one thing I would say that wasn't perfect was the pillows... they were all quite hard and uncomfortable. This is my only complaint and could also be down to personal preference! It didn't really matter because the holiday was beautiful! Its just a small thing I noticed.

This is one of the best places to stay at on Klima. The house is very cute with a nice balcony at the second floor where you can have a great view for sunset drinks and breakfast. The house itself is a two-level with the bedrooms upstairs. At the first level there's a nice sitting area, with a bridge stocked with water, coffee, etc, provided. The second level has the rooms and we slept with the window open listening to the waves as we slept. Which is special. There's AC though for those who prefer that.
Fridge didn't fully close but thats it

Yiannis was very helpful and informative,providing map of the Milos island and delivering lots of useful info ...also much appreciated that he helped to carry the luggage on the slippery peers!
Owner of the house Mrs.Archontoula astonished us by giving us delicious local seafood mollusk after hearing that we were very keen to try them.
Mrs.Archontoula also owns beautiful restaurant in Plaka ,definitely worth a visit!
