The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was close to town, had lovely outdoor space, and Luisa was such a gracious and welcoming host.

A comfortable apartment with a beautiful terrace, swimming pool and garden, where children play safely in front of our eyes. Located a few minutes walk from the center of Bellagio and the public beach. Close to a supermarket. Great, very nice hosts. They brought us vegetables from their garden and were always helpful. Parking space on the premises. I really recommend!

The location is just perfect! The lake is always beautiful, sun or rainy weather. The host is lovely! We really enjoyed the house, the Italian kindness, food, beautiful gardens, villages, everything!

The host was very helpful and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The location has almost everything you might need for a perfect vacation (water, coffee machine, towels, linen, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, washing machine etc).

Sometimes, from the bedroom you can hear the cars, so I recommend earplugs for sensitive people .

Charming quiet place with excellent location and owner Isa was simply amazing. She made us feel as we visited our Italian side of family. Spotlessly clean,cozy, very well maintained place with beautiful garden view and great attention to details. The owner freshly picked strawberries from her garden for our little ones, brought box of toys and exceeded in meeting any of our expectations. If we to go back i wont consider any other place to stay.

Best and kindest host I've ever met. She gave us fresh tomatoes from her garden and brought us to the ferry stop with her car. Great location (close to the center, but not in a crowded area). Lovely view from a very spacious terrace. simply perfect!!!

All comfort, use of things in kitchen, could dry our clothes in the garage after rainstorm, all information about nearby supermarket, restaurant, beaches, our own parking place, fresh tomatoes from their own garden, fresh drinks in the fridge, these people thought of everything, we felt very welcome.

Some traffic noise from the street, though for the teenage kids it was no problem.

The location and view of the mountains was perfect. Beautiful garden and the center of Bellagio was just a short 10 min walk. Plenty of plates, glasses, towels and even 5 umbrella's. We were with 5 people and never had to worry about anything not provided. Highly recommend Conca Verde for a group of people who want to explore this beautiful lake.

The bunk bed was very noisy and we had to put the mattress on the floor to not wake up because of the cracking sound. But very small issue.

The host Louisa (Isa) was super nice, really friendly, always willing to help! Perfect location in Bellagio, nice garden, great Italian family. We had a fantastic stay and we will certainly come back one day!

We got a very warm welcome! The apartment is very spacious for two people and has a lovely outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy your morning breakfast. The family is very kind and helpful and the hostess shared some homemade Prosecco and fresh tomatoes with us, super kind! The walking distance to Bellagio center is ok, but some people drive really fast at this road which makes it a bit dangerous (especially with small children). The garden view is also beautiful with view on the green mountains.

It’s outside of the control of the property, but the road next to the location is quite loud and a bit dangerous due to the speeding traffic. It’s a soft bed - this is a personal preference!

Everything about this stay was amazing. Isa ensured we had everything we needed and more! We felt so at home. She helped us navigate from the train station, gave us suggestions for nearby eats, and even left us some fruit in the kitchen bowl and provided some treats for our kids.

The hosts were very hospitable and friendly. The apartment was super clean and tidy. The views were amazing. There was a fig tree in the garden which was in fruit. Fresh grapes, tomatoes and cucumbers from the vegetable garden. Small swimming pool which was great fro cooling down. Highly recommend this place

Excellent from the minute we arrived, considering when we can go back again.

The host was amazing, so friendly. Her daughter provided lots of lovely restaurant recommendations. She left a bottle of prosecco in the fridge for my birthday and overall, we couldn’t fault it whatsoever- it was a perfect stay! Thank you very much!
