Some staff (lady staff with long hair) didn’t bother to say hello and/or smile.

Could not stay there 1 call to them when we got there nobody there gate was locked. When we called back for information about locked gate here was no answer. My wife spoke to them on first call she said they sounded drunk. So had to find difrent hotel at much more cost

Super budget-friendly. Easy to find. The hosts are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. There are several beds to sleep on. Airconditioned room. Location is great, 3-5 min. walk to Urbiztondo beach. Lots of eatery near the apartment.

There's no sink. The bedroom door doesn't have a handle that it made locking of it from outside difficult. There's no (small) dining table to eat on if you want to eat meals inside the apartment. It's not bad but just as a heads up - car parking fee is not included in the accommodation.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. All our requests had been taken care of especially the early check-in.

1. The staff was rude and not accommodating. The person who met us smelled like he’s been drunk 2. The place is not secured. It’s a potential place for thieves. The ground area is an open space (no door), where any stranger can just come in and out of the property and can access the rooms easily. The kitchen was FILTHY and was infested with rodents and cockroaches. The place was a health HAZARD! 3. The ground floor where the kitchen is also located is the drinking spot for some alcoholic looking people who are not clients of the property 4. The property was under construction and was not suitable for habitation due to some falling debris. It was UNSAFE! By early in the morning, you are woken up by the noise of the the building works. 4. Customer care was APPALLING

Located in alley uphill area. We try to locate it using waze but to no avail, then we realise that it actually has a different name which is Manipon Transient House, the building number is also different from what is given. blanket and towel are not provided. Everything needs to be rented and paid including blanket,towel..etc.
