It is near the san juan beach
Unfortunately, although there's a restaurant, they still need to put a cooking area on which clients can cook their own foods. Locals in the areas told us that there were lot of tourist who will asked them to cook for their food.
Not every tourist are pleased to eat at the restaurant when they also want to cook their own foods.

the staff was not too friendly and not very accomodating.

Breakfast was great. We occupied the space and tables near the pool. Long table for everybody was awesome.
My family members experienced bad experience. My brother-in-law, almost got drown while helping other guest drowning in the beach as well as my brothers and nephew who went down to help him with the other guests drowning that already loss consciousness...without the aid of the fisherman the water might took them all. It was so terrible!!!!

I like this place because of swimming pool and beachfront and pet love place..i like the breakfast and lunch.

The facility per se is nice. It just needs more maintenance.
Our neighboring room brought with them a videoke to celebrate a birthday. It's our first night so we were super tired. We asked the staff to make them stop because need to rest and sleep. what they did is ask them to LOWER DOWN THE VOLUME but still they were so loud up until almost 12AM. They said it's not allowed BUT ONLY ASKED THEM TO LOWER THE VOLUME. If i did not message them on their fb page they would have allowed those inconsiderate guests to disturb others until morning.

EM Royale had its moment to shine in 1980 and hasn’t been touched since then. It’s really a dilapidated beach front hotel. The shower water doesn’t get hot, the bed has one light cover, no top sheet and if there is a problem, it can’t be fixed!!!

The resort is pet friendly.
The room it's clean and wide enough for a family of 4 with a pet.
The aircondition, it did not disappoint us like what other comments/reviews I read.
The staffs, they are very accommodating. We even extended 1 day since the kids enjoyed the pool and the room.
The internet connection, we have own router in the room and thats a good thing.
Food, a bit pricey and the serving is too small.
No telephone inside the room.
Televesion only 2 channels available

3. Hotel was gracious enough to change the dates as i booked the wrong dates initially.

no hair dryer in the room,knowing that people visit there will be having a wet hair coz of the beach.. I went to the Front desk to asked for hair dryer it took me an hour to wait because the clerk is on his break time, when I came he told me he can find a hair dryer, so do you expect you guest to sleep with a wet hair? no toothbrush, no shark po etc.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location (less people at the beach) and the swimming pool.
Everything. From NO parking space, no initiative assistance from hotel staff, NO telephone inside the rooms. Only 2 Tv channel, The heater in the bathroom not working. Half of the hotel guests were EXTREMELY LOUD IN THE HALLWAY AT 1AM AND HOTEL STAFF DIDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!

Filipino breakfast was ok, pool was nice and has a deep end and free parking.
Shower and basin water salty, no Wi-Fi at all, no hot water, room very dim, only issue 1 room key, no bath or shower mat, towels thin and very old with too much fabric softener, can’t bring in outside food for the kids or be charged corkage fee, front desk people are a little slow in checking guest in, took the restaurant staff 30 minutes for my wife and daughters breakfast to come.

it is not worth the price.
first of all, the room is not big enough for 4 adults.
and it doesn’t have thing that we need(hair dryer, toothpaste are not included)
the power was temporarily cut off in the morning when we were there. and it came back in an hour.
room is not soundproofed enough. you can clearly hear from your neighbor rooms.

Punctuality in service most specially in food and beverage ..There is no label for cleaning if you want to make a room... communication is the best way for understanding..and improvemen of services..but we're happy for staying in EM.Royale..thank you
